Le salon dispose d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et d'une grande section en cuir adjacente au balcon privé offrant certaines des meilleures vues disponibles. La chambre principale est joliment meublée avec un lit king-size, une télévision et un accès au balcon. La deuxième chambre spacieuse dispose de deux lits doubles et d’une télévision. Which I understand it's necessary. Mederia beach is one of my favorite places. And this condo is in the heart of it all. I would recommend this condo to families. It's perfect.

February 2019 Stay

The location is wonderful. The Crimson condo unit 301 for the 3rd year has issues. Upon arrival air conditioner was not working, several light bulbs were out (5), broken light switch in the guest bedroom, refrigerator water filter needed replacement.......Living room furniture is Very Used and uncomfortable.....bedroom not much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time at Crimson condo on Madeira. We’ve stayed at Crimson a couple times before and always have had clean nice condos. We had 5 ppl staying and the 3 bed/2 bath was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped....just plan on purchasing or bringing your own paper products which did seem odd to me not to have that there. Having a washer and dryer is extremely important to me and was happy to have a working set. Beds were comfy. Condo appeared clean. Will definitely be back again someday. Thanks to all at Sunhost for doing a great job!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented crimson 301 for the last 35 years. It is a family get together for children and grandchildren during July 4th week and the week after. My children have grown up visiting this property and now my grandchildren are growing up at this property. We started using the location the second year Crimson was built. It’s a special place for my family with lifetime memories. Location is perfect for John’s Pass within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. My only concern is rising cost which I hope will be addressed in the future so other young families can afford the experience that my family has enjoyed over the years.

Crimson Condo 301

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely decorated however there were some really bad issues about this unit. The guest room bed sinks in the middle. In the morning they could barely walk because of the backache. The room did not have a drape on the window so light came in all night. The back bedroom has a glass block wall. The sun shines in all day making the room unbearable with the heat. The window needs a blackout shade to keep the sun out. We bought a fan to try to help cool the room. The kitchen is not very well equipped. It looks like everything that someone would throw away, is what is in there. NO K-cup coffee maker. The toaster is broken. The bread falls to the bottom. You have to turn the toaster on the side to get the bread out. There wasn't any non-stick skillets, steak knives or a vegetable peeler! SunHost is a great management company. After complaining about the problems within the hour, they brought skillets, knives and a vegetable peeler. They would have brought a mattress if they could have! Everyone at the front desk is nice and helpful. This is not a Luxury Condo at all. We have never paid this much money for so little Luxury. These owners should look at unit 203 to see what Luxury is! They really should be refunding some money, Mattresses do not cost that much money.I will stay with SunHost again, but not in that unit!We don't live like this and don't expect to live like this on vacation.This is not the first complaint about the mattress. The owner needs to get the problems corrected.

Very Best Condo at Madeira Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented week long stays at condos three times from Sunhost and they are great to work with. Of the three condos we rented at Madeira this was clearly the best. I was worried about the view in Crimson Condos #301 being limited/obstructed but it was not. The condo was clean, updated and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Hats off to the owners for keeping such a nice place. My adult daughter stayed in the front smaller bedroom and was very comfortable. The AC was bump’n, that is not always the case in a beach front condo. Right across from Johns Pass but at the same time private and uncrowded beach. Again thank you to the owners for allowing us the privilege to stay in your home. It was an absolute pleasure. FIVE STARS FOR THIS CONDO! BEST CONDO AT MADEIRA BEACH!(5 adults and 1 child stayed August 2023)

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed in condo, especially for what it’s cost was. Furniture, patio furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies were all very cheap. Cleanliness was only superficial. Washer and dryer were extremely noisy. Needing to have a key to get in and out of pool area and beach was inconvenient. Elevator malfunction for one day was disruptive because I use a wheelchair. Noise from the streets was very noticeable. People smoking on their balconies was bothersome. Pool is salt water and that was not mentioned in information.

Great stay and great weather. We have been coming to the Crimson for a number of years and it does not disappoint. My only gripe is to why we have to have a key to enter the pool and get in off of the beach when no other condos, which are Sun Host, have one. The locals just jump the fence and go to the pool when every they want. It does not deter them in any way. It really is just an inconvenience to the renters to have to make sure they have a key to get out or in. When you are six of you and the front desk will only give you two magnetic keys, it makes for a little headache trying to juggle who has a key and who went back to the room and who's coming down. Just venting a little. I don't like it but that's just me.

The location is just wonderful. Living room furniture very comfy and master bedroom great. Condo could use some fresh paint on anything white and updates to the bathroom fixtures, especially the guest bathroom. Sunsets were amazing off the deck.

We LOVED Crimson 301! We have been coming 1-2 times a year to this area for 3 years now and staying with SunHost Resorts, and are happy everytime. BUT this condo topped every stay! The condo is large, the beach facing patio was huge and made for great area for the family to hang out and eat meals and spend evenings. The decorations were super cute, the beds and couch were very comfortable and the condo has great updates throughout! The location is great to getting to Johns Pass and the beach, and Crimson is such a smaller community which was great and not over crowded! The stocked kitchen supplies and in condo laundry made for smooth living while staying here! This will be our go to condo from here on out!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was ideal. Walked to the beach and walked to John's Pass. Best of all - watching the sun set every night.
