Ce condo idéalement situé comprend une piscine chauff��e en bord de plage, des barbecues et un service de blanchisserie sur place pour votre commodité. Wifi gratuit

La cuisine spacieuse comprend tous les ustensiles, une cafetière et un four micro-ondes. La pi��ce �� vivre est dotée d'un mobilier moderne et confortable, ainsi que d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD. C'est l'endroit id����al pour se détendre après une journ��e bien remplie à la piscine ou à la plage. I would not recommend Beach Place. We did not like the location. It was very noisy even late into the night. Trucks seem to like to pull into parking lot and rev their engines. We could hear people talking and singing outside as late as 3 AM. When we’d leave to go out of parking lot we’d always turn right, drive across bridge and make u turn because to turn left you’d have to cross 4 lanes and traffic was crazy! The condo itself was ok. However, only a small bottle of dish detergent and a very small bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms was the starter supply. There wasn’t even one roll of paper towels. This is the first rental we stayed in which didn’t supply any beach towels or beach chairs. When I called about the chairs and beach towels I was told just to buy some when we got there. We thought we were already paying enough. The pool opens at 9 so we’d have to be at gate by at least 10 min earlier in order to get a table for shade (only 5 available). So no relaxing over a late breakfast! People were lined up to get those tables. We knew there wasn’t washer /dryer in unit but there was only 1 washer/dryer on 1st floor. It worked for us but would rather stay where we have our own in our unit. We will not be staying there again.

It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.

Nice & clean condo.

Quick and easy checkin and out process. Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

We walked Johns Pass many times and it’s so easy to travel up and down Gulf Blvd and visit the other local areas too. We will surely be back again next year.

We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

Overall nice place to stay

Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.

102 was a great space. We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. I had Wifi issues in the condo all week but the office staff was quick to respond and allowed me to jump on their wifi until spectrum came out. we will book with sunhost again.
