Had a lovely stay and the kids had a blast. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The master had the MOST comfortable bed Ive slept in away from home. And the night time views were spectacular. Thanks for hosting us Paula!!!
Paula's house was beautiful and extremely clean. It was a little tricky to find using GPS, but we contacted Paula and she quickly led us right there. Paula was a great communicator. We stayed only for one night but could easily have stayed for more with all that there was to do here. We loved the addition of the family games and trivia! Such a nice touch! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Not a great experience
Stayed for three nights. Good points: house was 15 mins from my cousinâs lake house (which is where we spent our days and cooked lunch and dinner). Beds were comfortable. Owner quickly had a repairman working all day on a Sunday to fix the HVAC and was there herself to make sure it was fixed. Online photos were accurate. The living room area was furnished nicely.
Low points: You could tell the home had been cleaned prior to our arrival but it needed a deeper cleaning and drawers and closets needed cleaning of clutter. There was pet hair in the rugs that came off on my socks and pajamas. There was a dead spider on the kitchen floor and a live granddaddy long legs inside a kitchen cabinet. The kitchen drawers were full of old papers and clutter, and it was missing basic items like a baking pan or casserole dish or chefâs knife. One bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there wasnât anymore in the home. The owner did offer to go buy a baking pan and toilet paper which we appreciated, but we told her we would make do. The house is in a run down area on the lake.
This rental worked for the four of us because we only ate breakfast there and slept there, it was clean enough, and the owner was responsive.
Raised 3 kids in a small home not too far away and they all grew up and started families so I moved out to the lake because I love the water and the peace and quiet
I chose this house even though it was bigger than what I was looking for because it offered being off the beaten path from the busy roads bit accommodated all my family to come visit
