John was great. It is always rewarding for us to see a guest embrace lake life and enjoy the lake. John had some unfavorable weather but still managed to spend most of the day out on his fishing boat. Welcome back anytime John.

Wonderful property in a great location!

Very clean and nicely furnished property located on a small lake which provides a quiet getaway but yet is close to Lake George activities. Canoeing is available and there is an approximately 10 mile paved bike path which leads to Queensbury in one direction and Lake George in the other. Dave is very personable and we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat

This was out first time at this amazing property. Scenic views of the lake from the comfortable couches on the deck. There was a lot to do, kayaks and paddle boat supplied. You can easily walk into the lake and swim to the float. The house itself was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Everything was very clean with modern appliances and decor was very inviting. We will definitely be returning to this haven on the lake!

Vacation Saved!

My husband and I were at a loss when our Adirondacks vacation was canceled 4 days before we were supposed to leave from Pittsburgh. I was able to find this lovely property and book it that very day. The location is stunning and the house is very nice. We rent a place so that our friends and family can come and visit, we used to live in the area. It had a beautiful deck and ample room inside during inclement weather. Located right on the lake with great access, nice water toys (kayaks and canoes) and, a water trampoline. David and Lisa were incredibly responsive to our requests and wonderful hosts. We would most certainly rent this again!

Tranquility On A Lake. (08/28 thru 09/03/‘23)

Dave&Lisa love their lake living& it shows. A nice family with welcoming pets of: one shadow cat & two well-tempered dogs Kira and Bear and a brother that has a good knowledge of both history and enjoying the places around town. We had a Very Nice Time. House is clean though-out and like new. Nice back deck, couch, Grill(new), standard table, 4chair& cranking umbrella(new), propane fire pit and the view is wonderful of the lake, Close to whatever you may need; albeit, just distant enough as to why you went for—peace and quite. Thank you, Dave, Lisa, Chris(hope that’s right) Kira and my favorite Bear, who has a great Poker face.🍎🙏 We recommended it!!! Note on Safety: We Recommend: the main entrance door has an odd step anyone can miss which I did upon arrival—a motion detection light with Orange, Red or Yellow paint on these steps. Second: As you walk into the house, close the door behind you, there is a “new door” on your LEFT. CAREFUL… A High Step awaits you when open and there is NOTHING to hold on to these downstairs. The better of this is: Two brand new Super Capacity washer— you can bathe in and a dryer await you. Recommend a door sign alerting; Basement, First-high-step, No Banister and a key locked door to prevent ALL toddlers, children and adults from accidentally opening that door.
