Lake George escape

We spent a week here with a friend. Great layout for 3 people. Enjoyed the proximity to Lake George and Saratoga. Very clean and accurate in the description. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location to beach

Property was clean and was walking distance to the beach . Property location can get noisy with drive by traffic and foot traffic, but quiets down at night . Owner was easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of .

As close to lake as you can get, without having lakefront property

The house was clean, everything was provided by owners (soap, cooking supplies, coffee pot, cleaning supplies). You need to bring your own sheets & towels though, which was fine with me. Great for walking to Million Dollar Beach and to Village. I'm a walker, so I enjoyed my walk into town easy day.

Met all expectations!

Not too far from the beach & town, just a nice walk. Everything was very clean. This is the first Vrbo that we have rented that met our expectations. Would stay there again. We had very good communication with Jeff, the owner.

Great property!

My husband and I rented this home for a long weekend. It was a lovely choice. The home was clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for walking into town. We are happy to recommend this property.

Nice little house close to the lake

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of this house. It feels so much bigger than 900 square feet. Very clean inside and the owners are close by if you have any issues.

Great little place by the beach

We had a great two weeks in the house. It's on the small side but works well for ~4 people. It was clean and the location is awesome - 5 minute walk to Million Dollar Beach, 15 minute walk to Lake George Village. The only real complaint we had was that we found the queen bed uncomfortable but if you like a really firm mattress you'll enjoy this one!

Amazing!

I took my two teenagers (17, F and 15, M) here on our first vacation as a family of 3. Having never been, we wanted someplace close enough to walk but far enough that we’d have some quiet down time. This house hit the bullseye! Jeff’s communication was perfect, house was immaculate, and we all fell in love with Lake George! Only about 5 minute walk to the million dollar beach (loved the water, but not so much the sand), about a 10 min walk to the boats (we loved the taco Tuesday dinner cruise), and about 15 min walk to the heart of the town. Perfect location and easily accessible. We were thrilled to hear fireworks going off on the lake on Thursday night and ran out to catch them. We had the best time and can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Family house

Jeffand Deb met us at the house. It was so nice meeting you both. The house was perfect for us, we are a family of 4 (2 teenangers, girl 15 and boy 17) . They shared the room and my husband I am had the other room. the house was super clean and updated. Was great to go some laundry while away so I was not overhwelmed with it when we returned. they told us where the supermarkets were where the locals shopped so it took us away from the crowds and the expensive smaller grocery stores. We walked into the village several times leaving ut car by the house ( the village has parking but either meter spots or paid lots) Kids even ventured out on their own to scout things out, giving them freedom. We will definately stay there again if it is available. Loved the house, along with Jeff and Deb. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The house is exactly as listed and we didn’t have any issues. Perfect location for walking to the fireworks and strolling Lake George Village.

Perfect stay!

We have been coming up for the Adirondack Nationals for 5 years now. We know we dont like to stay in town. This place is perfect just on the other side of the beach. Short walk to town on the shore of the lake. Fully equipt kitchen. Hope to rent next year as well and maybe even a trip with our boat and kids next year.

Great location; comfortable home.

This home is a stones throw from the beach & Lake George Village. There’s plenty to do & see without having to get in your car. The house is clean & comfortable & just like pictured.

Location location location

The property was exactly as described or better. Location exceed our expectations. Very short distance from the beach and the Town. Kitchen was very well equipped, no need to bring any dishes. Everything from teaspoon to cooking equipment was available. The host was a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience deserves more then 5 stars! Our kids had the best time and can't wait to go back.

Awesome place near the lake. We'd come again.

Super convenient to the beach (5 min walk), you can see the lake from the second floor. Everything worked (except first floor shower), and it's really well laid out for a 2-bedroom house. Easy parking right next to the house. Love the skylight in the second floor bath, but if you're tall be careful to not hit your head on the sloped roof. Trucks and motorcycles on Beach Rd. can be loud, but didn't bother us inside.
