This 3 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath cottage sleeps 8 and was professionally designed with clean coastal finishes, luxury amenities and your very own private fire pit and pool (heated, except for peak winter months in Jan and Feb) situated under beautiful live oak trees!



The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property (along with three other Book Montrose rentals), boast the only private pools located within Fairhope’s Central Business District! Similar to its sister (106 North Church), every inch of this modern coastal cottage was thoughtfully and lovingly re-designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay, featuring dramatic and HIGH vaulted ceiling with wood beams.



At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home!



In the kitchen are white Quartz countertops, reclaimed wood open shelving, Café quality stainless steel appliances, Granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, Dutch oven, retro Haden designer toaster, Chef's cutting board and knife set, plenty of serving and mixing bowls, wine decanter, baking sheet/pan set, blender, and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!



Outside of the kitchen, you will find other amenities such as ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, two dedicated workspace desks (with monitor + easy laptop hookup) and task chairs, the latest generation Marshall Bluetooth speaker, the latest 4K Roku smart TV, and brand-new washer and dryer. For families with an infant, you'll also find a foldable crib for guests to use!



In the bedrooms, you will find hotel-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. In the bathrooms are spa-quality toiletries and walk-in glass showers with rainfall shower heads.



Outdoors, you will find a fire pit, commercial-quality gas grill, dining table with chairs and pool lounge furniture. All underneath majestic Southern Live Oak trees.



In terms of location, this home provides unique access to the best of Fairhope. Located on a quaint tree-filled street, you can walk from your private and peaceful backyard oasis to Provision or Kind Cafe in less than 300 yards and the rest of Fairhope's many shops and eateries in just minutes! Or stroll through the historic Bluffs neighborhood to the beach in 0.4 miles!
