Guest Access:

Guests enjoy direct and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

*2 Car Maximum, passes must be picked up from office prior to check-in.

*Vehicle Restrictions: Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, campers/RVs, and commercial vans/trucks are not allowed onsite.

*Tennis Court use may require fee.

*Pools may be closed November- April

*Guests are able to use most pools on the property, including the downstairs pools, large oceanfront pool deck and cabana, and other resort pools. The only pool that guests do NOT have access to is the North Tower Pool.

*Keurig duo coffee maker





Carolina Palm Vacations Policies

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away. Shuttle runs around property, including a stop at the beach, from 10am-10pm daily from April to October.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. No pets allowed. This includes emotional support/therapy dogs.
