Relaxation on the river - Extra Cleaned

Lovely house with tons of space. Located on Brice Prairie, this house sits on a back stream of the mighty Mississippi/lake Onalaska. Accessible by flat bottom boat, kayak or similar. Not a great swimming spot with being often a bit weedy. Great ice fishing just down a bit and a large fenced in back yard. House has two kitchens, formal dining, large deck, rec area with kids items.

House has ample space and is spread over three levels. One full bath has a jet tub. House is fairly updated and has many nice additions. There are a few updates/repairs that are upcoming but not done yet. These include refinishing floors,counter repair and some painting. There is a 5th bedroom and the garage which are off limits and kept locked. Drive way parking and gravel along driveway could comfortably fit up to 6 automobiles.UPDATE - Extra precautions are being taken now. Added time in between guests, non hazardous disinfecting spray applied all over house and all utensils being washed with sanitizer.

All parts of the house with the exception of the garage and a locked room.

We like to give our guests there space but are in the area in anything is needed.

Some great restaurants, bars and attractions nearby. Red pines, lake Onalaska, Omni Center, Dash park, Mississippi river, Grandads bluff and lots of other attractions.

Cabs, Uber, Lyft, busses are all accessibleor nearby. Also bike and walking trails through the beautiful region.
