Brand NEW!! Beginning Sept. 2024! 25th street with private path to North Beach.
BEACH PATH BUNGALOW is located on a quiet street ending on beautiful North Beach in Spanish Wells. Just a short 90 second walk from the front door brings you to our private white sandy beach path and on your way to calm, clear-blue waters. Our home has one main bedroom with an ensuite bath including a walk-in shower, and sliding doors to the large patio. We designed our home with a large kitchen and 10-foot bar seating 5 for plenty of room to spread out and make yourselves comfortable. The kitchen is open to a spacious living room where there is a comfy queen murphy bed with extra mattress topper and a twin daybed. The accommodations are perfect for a small family or additional couple. There is also an additional full bath off the living area with a large vanity and tiled shower. Our large, covered porch area is private and perfect for relaxing with a cocktail or grilling out after a long day at the beach. The grocery store is just a few blocks away, and is an easy walk or a short golf cart ride.
Great stay. We kept the Murphy bed out during our duration and still had plenty of space. It was an ideal location for our family of 4 with a 5 and 7 year old. The covered porch was one of our favorite spots to hang out while we were at the house. Plenty of extra little amenities. Super clean and communication was great.
Beach Path Bungalow is the perfect name for this place! Itâs a brand new cute little home just minutes from the beach via walking path, as shown in the listing photos. The owners have provided everything you need for your beach excursion. Beach chairs, small umbrella, coolers, etc. I was especially impressed by the little cart they have so you can load everything up to make the trip an easy one.The house itself is pretty much brand new. I donât know how many other people have stayed there before us. And it might be because of that, that it could use a few more items for cooking. I know things arenât easy (or cheap!) to get on Spanish Wells, but we could have used a second cookie sheet, and full size mixing bowls, for example. And we couldnât find a vegetable peeler or cheese grater. However, we enjoy cooking for ourselves when weâre on Spanish Wells so maybe weâre more sensitive to that kind of thing. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and as I said, brand new, so everything is in great shape. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having the choice between a soft or firm pillow. We really enjoyed having coffee out on the porch, tucked away on two sides by big palms and tropical plants. There were plenty of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, bath and beach towels, etc.). We appreciated the small supply of dishwasher and laundry pods the owners provided. All in all it is a great place to stay!
Husband and I stayed 6 days at the end of April. This home is just lovely! First, the porch is in the back of the house which makes it so nice and private. Itâs of comfortable seating 7 people to hang out. We had friends staying nearby who joined us for dinner and cards a few nights. The kitchen island was huge, and that is where the 6 of ate with a bar stool for everyone. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large, and so was the closet. We had plenty of space to unpack everything. If more people stay and use the living room pull out and daybed, youâll have to figure out where they unpack, no dresser or closet there. Good for kids though, share the bedroom storage. Kitchen wishlist for me but not a big deal: tea kettle, salad bowl and server set, and refillable water bottles for the beach. All beach items were so helpful, and all that we needed. We used just about all of it: 2 nice chairs, kayak, coolers and umbrella. The owner and property manager were responsive to any questions we had, and a binder with almost all info you need is in the house. Sadly for me personally, I wanted to escape all things political when out of the USA, and there were flags close by and on the island that made it look trashy. Why in the Bahamas? Anyway, if you are considering this place, book it, you wonât regret your choice! Thank you Sara!
We arrived on Spanish Wells for the first time in March of 2020 and instantly fell in love. Our dream started when we stepped onto the beach. Visit after visit, we became certain we needed to make this dream of ours become reality . Our home has had many nicknames along the way, but Beach Path Bungalow names it for what it is and why we landed on this little spot we proudly call our home. We first and foremost fell in love with the beach, and secondly, the warm, friendly people of Spanish Wells.
We love the private stroll down the sandy path. Whether walking, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, or sitting in the sun taking it all in, the beach is where we love to be, and it's the most beautiful stretch of beach we've ever seen!
Location, location, location! We chose this sandy patch of jungle to build our home for its close proximity to the beach, groceries, restaurants, and everything else one could possibly need.
