Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the air conditioner, hot tub, and the debris around the property. I am not sure why the review says you never got a call back? My Maintenace guy Rich was over at the property several times during your stay and the AC vendor also came out twice to look at the system for yall. Additionally, we experienced significant debris due to the tropical storm, which impacted the property during your stay. We also have the pool guy service the pool and hot tub twice a week to ensure things stay up to par during guest stays. I am sorry you dealt with these issues during your stay and apologize that you feel we didnt do enough to make things perfect during your stay.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that the property was a perfect fit for your large group and that you enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the neighborhood. It’s great to know you found the home well-equipped, from the kitchen essentials to the outdoor amenities like the pool, hot tub, putting green, and barbecue area. We’re so glad these features added to your enjoyment and created a space for fun and laughter with your group. We also appreciate your recognition of our games room and convenient location—your compliments truly mean the world to us. Most of all, we’re pleased that any issues you encountered were promptly resolved by our team. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We take concerns regarding pests very seriously, and the home is serviced regularly by pest control. That said, we will certainly have the property reinspected and treated again out of an abundance of caution. We also apologize for the inconvenience surrounding the coffee maker and understand your frustration that a replacement was not delivered during your stay as intended. Regarding the hot tub, we regret that it was unavailable during your visit. We understand this was disappointing, and we agree that clearer communication could have been better in this situation. We are also reviewing the concerns you mentioned about the kitchen outlets, dishwasher, linens, and general upkeep with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure improvements are made. As for checkout day, our cleaning team’s early arrival was intended to prepare for incoming guests and not to rush your departure, though we understand how that may have felt uncomfortable. We also apologize for any confusion in communication regarding your reservation dates. We appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience moving forward.
