Very nice resort

Resort is very nice, clean, great pool, beautiful grounds. Must rent a car to get around. Short walk to the beach, you can also drive to any beach, lots of amazing beaches. The only complaint was the bed was very hard, we did not sleep well due to the bed.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The property was very nice. Never loud. Pool was lovely. Most items were well stocked (bath towels, beach towels, tp). It would have been nice to have coffee filters and additional kitchen towels (only one found). We left coffee filters and grounds behind for the next guests. 5-7 min walk to Leeward beach. Staff was very nice.

Paradise

This place was perfect! From check-in, we knew we had made the right decision. Robert at check-in was a lifesaver. He helped us straighten out a car situation and even had a new car delivered to us within 20 minutes. He is one of the main reasons we will be returning. The room is clean, modern and has all of the amenities you’ll need. The property was well maintained and the pool was spectacular (and heated). You can easily walk to the beach, but the resort also offers a shuttle that runs multiple times per day. If you’re on Vrbo debating between places to stay, this one is a solid 10.

Not pleasant experience

This property was nice but no amenities. Pool bar closed at all times! Beach area was very small and bobcats working on beach all day was not pleasant to listen to all day! Could not use this beach at all. Construction going on all around beach too! Terrible if you’re looking for relaxation.

Great value for $

The check in process was smooth and easy. parking was in an underground parking( great to keep your vehicle cool) The unit was very clean and well located on the property. ( 1st floor location made for easy access to the pool deck) Although some of the furnishings were a bit dated, they were functional. The Kitchen was well equipped overall, ( although knives could use a good sharpening) bonus points for the extra towels, dishwashing supplies and washer and dryer in the unit! The resort overall was quiet and relaxing. At this location you definetly need transportation to see the island( Car is best but bike would provide a minimal level of transportation ) My only real complaints would be that the shower is in need of new shower head, and the bed is very low to the ground and somewhat uncomfortable. Anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time getting out of that bed. Hot bath water was a challenge to obtain too. Overall i would definitely go back and say not withstanding the above complaints, which were minor in comparison to the pluses of the unit overall 4* stay

Great time!

Stayed here with my fiancée for 9 days. We loved it, the room was really nice. Great location, close to small quiet beach! The pool was always quiet and clean. The only ‘issue’ we had was just a stiff bed. But overall we really enjoyed our visit, everyone was super nice! We would definitely stay here again!

Short stay

Room is basic and fine for a few days of business. Would not want to stay if on vacation as it’s too far from the beach and no views. Too fat from activities and a car is required

Nice unit in a tropical paradise

Our unit was in very nice shape and stocked with all of our basic needs. I don’t think the development is that old so I would suspect all units are in nice updated shape. We ate breakfast each morning on the outdoor deck with the beautiful view of the pool and the tropical gardens with coconut palm trees throughout. Very relaxing. Property management was responsive. By car this property is about 5 or 6 minutes to the main town and about 15 minutes from great snorkeling at Smiths And Bight reefs. If you want to be beachfront then this property is not for you. If you are ok with a short drive or walk to the beach and want to have beautiful tropical grounds then this is the right place for you.

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful facility. Clean. Quiet area. Short drive to fabulous beaches. Only improvements would be more towels and another set of sheets. And dish towels/clothes for kitchen. (Maid service not provided). Overall I would come back to same location!

Excellent Vacation

The moment we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant security guard who promptly gave us the keys to our beautiful condo and showed us where to park and the location of our room. Many of my vacations upon check in, have required another hour wait and this was not the case at the Atrium resort. Olga the manager and the staff were outstanding. The Atrium has a lot to offer, a great pool, a fitness center, a small coffee-pastry shop. It is a seven minute walk to Leeward beach which I think is beautiful. The Atrium resort has beach chairs and water for their guests. 3 km away is a new grocery market that makes excellent cappuccinos and great sandwiches. I would recommend renting a car and we rented from Bayside rentals-they were also great. They dropped the car off at the airport, gave us directions and were professional. The Atrium also has a BBQ every Friday which is outstanding and very inexpensive-$20 considering you can't eat anywhere on the island for that price. The food is fresh. Although Atrium is not in the heart of Grace Bay-I loved it because the nights were very peaceful and it was a 5 min drive by car. I also want people to know that the Turks has some of the nicest and helpful people in the world.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO STAY IN THE ATRIUM. WE ENJOYED EVERY SINGLE MOMENT IN THIS PLACE AND ALSO COULD VISIT VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN THE ISLAND. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

Really fantastic place to stay!!!

I thought this was too good to be true! But, that was not the case- it was true and it was wonderful!!! Fantastic space- plenty of room, great decor, and very clean.They did not cut corners when it came to the quality of materials they used to build, which I appreciated. The beach was a short walk- completely ok for anyone who walks anywhere. I was surprised to find some people had an issue with this- I walk further to the subway everyday, and that's not far!!! all towels included, including beach towels, washer and dryer in the room, and the hairdryer was really great and powerful- do not bring yours even if you are picky about this. I brought with me detergent for the dishwasher and clothes washer, and hand soap (as I didn't want to buy huge quantities of any of this when there). Tupperware was included, but I brought my own ziplock bags. I wish there had been a document outlining amenities at the resort and information. They did supply a cell phone which you could make unlimited local calls, but we initially didn't know what it was for (beware- you must make dinner reservations in TCI- a few days in advance).The front desk has beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. The Atrium is not near all of the other resorts, but in the gated community of Leeward, which we liked. It was only a 5 minute drive to where the bulk of resorts, restaurants, and grocery store are. Absolutely rent a car.You cannot stay here without it- don't even think about it. Rent from Grace Bay car rentals and book as soon as you make your hotel reservation. Our favorite restaurants were Coco Bistro and Lemon Cafe. Magnolia has a great view, but the food was really quite salty. Enjoy the view/sunset with a drink at the bar instead. Best beach bar was Anacona (Grace Bay Club)-great drinks and fantastic decor. Other was at the Gansevoort Resort- again, great design and the bar menu was great. Ate at Mango Reef, which was recommended to us- good food, but the atmosphere/decor lacking. Lots of kids and familes, which is fine, but as a younger couple we would have rather spent the same on a great meal at Coco Bistro or Lemon cafe. Do not go to Pizza Pizza. The place was almost empty and then we were told they were out of medium pizzas- only had large. This told me 2 things- they weren't smart enough to cut the large one down, and were not using fresh dough, so we left and went to the diner in Saltmills- good food and good prices. Overall- a fantastic stay!!!
