The open floor plan of the house features a living room with a smart TV, a dining set, and a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dressers, closets, and a smart TV in the master bedroom. The house shares a common wall with a neighbor.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 4. Amenities include a futon in the living room, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, and all the kitchenware you need. The bathroom has a tub with shower, and hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
The backyard has patio furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, palm trees, birds, and butterflies. The front of the house is on a busy street that does not allow for stopping or parking. Access to the driveway and entrance is through the back alley between streets. There is lighting in the driveway and entrance, but the back alley may not be as bright at night.
The house also has beach towels, an umbrella, and toys for the kids.
This duplex house has two separate entrances. You can access your unit through the rear door, which has a Nest keypad for self-check-in. The property manager lives in the other unit and will be available to you as needed. You can have as much or as little interaction with him as you like. However, if you would like to use the washer/dryer, which is in the garage, you will need to contact the property manager for access. He is a friendly and helpful person who is always willing to lend a hand. He is available by phone or text during normal business hours.
The property manager is conveniently on-site and available to assist you, residing within the premises. Your level of interaction with him is entirely flexible, whether you prefer frequent or minimal contact. We have regular pest control maintenance however pest are common in Florida due to our climate and plants. You may see insects, bugs, small lizards or iguanas during your stay.
The televisions in our home are ‘smart’ TVs, which rely on Wi-Fi connectivity. They come equipped with various apps, allowing you to log in with your personal usernames and passwords (e.g., Netflix). Additionally, the living room TV is connected to a broadcast antenna, which may receive certain local channels, although availability depends on various factors.
