Main Level: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry.
Loft: 1 bedroom w/ sitting area.
Basement (outside access only): living room with arcade game.
Exterior: Back deck with dining table, sitting areas, gas fire pit. Side yard with wood fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

4 SMART TVs with cable (DISH): 50" in living room and primary bedroom. 43" in secondary bedroom and basement.

LIVING ROOM: Gas fireplace, 50” TV, Board games, small DVD collection, record player with small record collection.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King Bed, 50” TV, Jacuzzi tub, Luggage rack, Dresser, en suite bathroom.

SECONDARY BEDROOM: King Bed, 43” TV, Luggage rack, Closet, Dresser, Access to patio with sitting area.

LOFT: Queen bed, Sitting area, Clothes rack w/ hangers, Desk, Small patio with chairs.

KITCHEN:
• Appliances: electric stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.
• Small Appliances: air fryer, waffle maker, griddle, hand mixer, blender, toaster, Brita pitcher, ice maker.
• Coffee station with Keurig, French press, pour-over pot, kettle, starter supply of ground coffee and pods.
• Plates, utensils, serving platters, glassware, cutlery, can opener, whisk, grilling tools, peeler, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, strainer, garlic press, can opener, whisk.
• Pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets.
• Cooking necessities: oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, spices.

BATHROOMS: Walk in shower, hair dryer, hanging clothes rack, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, makeup towels.

GAME/TV ROOM: 43” TV, Pac-man arcade game, board games. In basement (outside access only).

LAUNDRY: front loading washer & dryer, starter supply of detergent.

OTHER: Iron, ironing board, broom, mop, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, lanterns, flashlights.

Please make note of spotty cellular reception at this cabin due to the remote location. We do provide cable (DISH), a collection of DVDs as well as a landline phone for your convenience (911 and local calls only).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home except owner's closets.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and secluded community in Georgia Blue Ridge mountains.
A short, 15-minute drive, will take you to town (Blue Ridge or Ellijay) where you can enjoy shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. Connect with nature with a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking trails, fishing, gem mining, white-water rafting and zip lining awaiting nearby for you to explore.

Getting Around:
I will share detailed directions prior to check in. Please do your best to arrive before dark for check-in. Print directions as cellular signal gets weaker higher up on mountain. The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles (side by side).

Other Things to Note:
- Keep in mind we are out in nature so we do have critters try to join us. We have pest control come out regularly.

- Please keep all exterior doors and windows shut as much as possible to prevent animals from entering the cabin.

- We share our property with wildlife, including deer, bears, bats, skunks, raccoons, snakes, lizards, insects, scorpions, and spiders—which you may encounter during your stay. Please exercise respect and caution, and don't approach or feed wild animals.

- While the cabin has mostly paved access, be aware that as this is a cabin in the mountains, you will have to travel over steeply-graded terrain and narrow roads. In rainy/icy conditions a 4 wheel drive is advisable. The views are well worth it :)

- The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles only (side by side). Please do not park in the roundabout past the house or on the street.

- Please leave shoes at the door to help keep our rugs clean.

- No pets allowed due to owner's allergies.

- No smoking allowed inside the house.

- Ring doorbell with camera is located next to the front door. It only points to the entrance and driveway. The doorbell camera will be on. It is the only camera/audio recording device on the property.
