We stayed here for my sonâs graduation from Western Carolina University, and it could not have been a more perfect choice. The location is ideal â super close to Dillsboro and Sylva for everyday convenience, and less than 25 minutes from WCU, Bryson City, and Cherokee.
The layout of the home is fantastic, especially for families or multiple couples. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs, plus a loft with a queen bed, bunk beds, and a half bath. It provided plenty of space and privacy for everyone, including kids.
The dĂ©cor was beautiful, and the Christmas decorations were truly the icing on the cake â donât hesitate to book this place during the holidays if you get the chance! Eric and Amber have truly thought of everything when it comes to amenities.
And the view⊠absolutely gorgeous â peaceful mountain scenery while still being conveniently located. The driveway and entrance were about as good as it gets for a mountain home. My dad drives a 1-ton long-bed truck, and while the turn was a bit tight, we had no issues at all with an SUV pulling a U-Haul.
It was cold during our stay, so we didnât get to use the outdoor fire pit or yard games, but those would be a huge bonus in warmer months. Communication before and during the trip was excellent â Amber was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly.
Eric and Amber truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and
