Up to 4 people can stay in this chicly furnished studio condo thanks to its 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Savor the full-sized appliances, a kitchen table, LCD TVs, a private balcony, and an efficient bathroom. A hint of refinement is added by the kitchen's and bathroom's modern furniture and design. Admire the breathtaking views from the main living space and balcony, which are elegantly furnished to evoke a beach vibe and let you enjoy the ocean view.

Here at Big Fish Rentals... A queen bed is located in the bedroom, while a sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra sleeping space. This apartment, which is on the 12th level, has amazing views of the city and the ocean. For your convenience, the fully furnished kitchen comes with a small dining table, a microwave/range hood, a range, and a full-sized refrigerator.

Without having to cross the street, the resort offers onsite parking, an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, inside water features like a pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, and a fitness center!

The Palace Resort is ideally situated close to eateries, retail establishments, entertainment venues, and a variety of attractions in the center of Myrtle Beach. We have no doubt that your stay in this property will be incredibly enjoyable! For your convenience, free WiFi and on-site parking are offered.

What you need to know:
On November, the resort will be transitioning to using Spectrum for cable and internet. To prepare for this transition, Spectrum will need access to every unit starting in early November to install new equipment, including internet routers. This installation will take place throughout November.

On November 21st, the resort will conduct a structural evaluation of the balcony single door, side lights, door frame, door slab, sealants, and concrete deck slope. This will involve 5 teams working through the building, completing the evaluations in one day.

No specific time when it will start and how long it will take.

Quick beach getaway

Loved the property view and closeness to the beach. Enjoyed the amenities like the pool and hot tub. I wish we had more time to stay longer and do more things at the resort.

Fun quick trip!

The room was nice and well kept with a nice view of the ocean! We had a great time, only issue was no real policing of the rules in the hotel, kids cannoning balling on top of you in the jacuzzi over and over again but otherwise 5 stars!! Great Host!

Overall bad experience

Arrive to the condo and we had to sweep because there where nails and lots of dust on floor and on the carpet I had a 9 month old baby how crawl has to remove the carpet because has lots of dust and hair The blinds full of dust When 4 days out of 7 of our stay without cold water on the shower told the manager since the first day and she didn’t believe me and thought was something wrong with the building water but wasn’t they ended up fix something until I a begged for 3 stray days we have to shower with extremely hot water And the A/C is fine but on extremely hot weather or during the day won’t feel cold as it should be

Good: Right on the beach, 4 hot tubs, Great view, Nice landscaping, Comfy bed Bad: • Water coming up through floor. Maintenance showed up, after 11pm. Repaired a clogged drain by the hot water heater. • Broken chair on the balcony. I fell and slammed my face into railing. • Sofa bed UNACCEPTABLE. My 15 y.o. dau slept with me in the bed. • Can't raise shades as the 'stick' is missing on both. • Hour hand on room clock broken. It's always b/t 6:00 and 6:59. No biggie but easy fix, seriously. • A/C won't get temp below 71, despite setting. • Broken, tacky, cheap furniture. • Bar open 12-5pm, Fri & Sat. Why open at all? • No restaurant Biggest issues: • No ovenware. I notified host & resort. Neither did anything. I just bought some. • Swing lock was disabled. Major security issue. • Resort email said entire resort is non smoking. This is FALSE. Resort is cigarette and 420 friendly. Caught a buzz every time I opened balcony door or exited unit. All common areas smelled of one type of smoke or another. Front desk attendant said homeowners can do what they want. If we'd known the entire place was going to smell like a combination of an ashtray and Tommy Chong's house, we definitely would have stayed elsewhere. I guess this could appeal to some folks but we found it pretty disgusting.
