Located in the mountain heights of Desert Hot Springs, the house is allowing guests to take in the stunning panoramic vistas of San Jacinto and Big Bear mountains.

As soon as you enter the rental, you are greeted by spacious living room filled with natural light and warm décor. The living area is featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, board games and a fireplace.

The fully equipped and large kitchen is perfect for cooking up a feast for your loved ones. It's fully equipped with all the latest big and small appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc, as well as silverware, tableware and spices. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)

The dining area provides ample space for everyone to sit together and enjoy meals.

The gaming area features a POKER Table with plain cards and chips, which turns into a bumper POOL table. If you're not sure what do drink, you can use our cocktail recipe book and the shaker and make your game night even more fun :)

All 5 bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, each one decorated with care and featuring comfortable beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space.

The bathrooms are newly remodeled and well-appointed, offering all the essentials, including towels and toiletries.

The backyard features a brand new modern pool and a MONSTER SPA for 12 people, an outdoor dining area, a gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and lounge space.
Hot tub heating is included with any reservation and pool heating is available for an additional fee.

A great getaway

Beautiful property and great communication with the host. We had 10 guests and it had plenty of room. The hot tub fit all of us comfortably too! It took about 35 mins to get to downtown in an uber, which was fine for us bc we only went out one night. The other days were perfect for lounging, visiting, and soaking up plenty of sunshine. It got very windy at night, but everything else was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay, Lusine!

Excellent Property!

House was terrific. The mountain views from the back of the house were amazing. The outdoor areas including the pool, spa, grill and fire table were great. Host was sensational! Would definitely consider staying there again should we go back to the Palm Springs area.

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the large dining table for meals and playing games. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Clean and Quiet

It was a group of 12 friends in their 30s and the place was perfect. Plenty of room for us to sleep at night. We originally considered going into the Palm Springs one of the nights, but the place was so perfect that we ended up staying in to enjoy the pool and play games every night we were there.

Great house and pool/hot tub

This property was great! Mountain views were lovely, pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful, and all the rooms were exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of plates, bowls, cups, etc. Ground coffee was even provided, which was a lifesaver, because our group hadn't had time to pick up coffee before we checked in, and no one wanted to go grocery shopping that evening! Plenty of space for our group of 10. We had dinner plans in Palm Springs and it was a relatively quick Uber/Lyft ride out there. Lusine was highly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous House, Great Host

The house is super clean, has so much to offer, everything is super modern, what ever you need it’s there, The Host is so nice, intelligent and responsible, communication perfect. To be honest me and my friends have been in many different places and this house for sure is Perfect!!! Thank you so much Lusine! Would definitely recommend it
