It was an excellent place to stay. So well equipped in the kitchen. Very comfy all around. So quiet and the skies were clear as a bell. The AC came in handy as temperatures were above normal when we were there. We were very pleased and would come again.
Stayed at this location for a couple days on the way to the UP. Took a boat trip and hiked around Pictured Rocks and loved the area. This house has fantastic amenities-we used the bikes and grilled outside. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The Hiawatha Forest is so unbelievably beautiful and serene. Everyone can find something to do and enjoy. From fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, skiing, tubing, skating, snorkeling, snowboarding and just sitting outside near a fire and listening to quiet while looking at the stars.
