Other things to note
This property is located at the top of mountain behind two locked gates and accessible only by a robust 4x4 vehicle. Elevation at approximately 900 feet with consistent ocean and jungle breezes. A 15-minute drive from the main highway, the road is well-graded, but very steep in areas as you drive up the mountain. A reliable 4x4 is absolutely mandatory. There is 4-bedroom luxury villa on the property which is normally unoccupied. It is hidden from view by the landscaping.
