The condo's convenient location on the west side of town leaves you within easy reach of great shopping and dining options, plus iconic PCB attractions like Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and Gulf World Marine Park.
The front patio overlooking the complex makes a great spot for morning coffee, while the back patio offers a little bit more privacy for afternoon cocktails.
The open-concept interior is designed for home gatherings, with comfortable seating and a smart TV equipped for casual downtime entertainment. The full kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking, or you can head out to the community grill area for a cookout. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.
