Looking for a beautifully decorated, peaceful home a short walk to the beach for your next get away? This home is perfect for you and your family or friends! Located in a wonderful neighborhood with a short walk to a public beach access and playground. The spacious front decks offer breathtaking sunset views. Each bedroom has a deck with a water view to enjoy the sea air. 1 or 2 small dogs allowed with prior approval. Pet fee is per dog. 2 TVs with HULU.
The space
We include the linen service with your stay, so we provide linens and bath towels. The linens are professionally cleaned after each stay, so you do not have to get a separate linen service.

Pet friendly house for service dogs and hypoallergenic breeds (no more than 2 dogs, 25 lbs or less preferred, see house rules for pet fee details). Dogs must be pre-approved, and there is a pet fee of $130 per dog. This is a quiet neighborhood with permanent resident nieghbors. No loud parties allowed.

There is plenty parking in the driveway or under the house, and lots of space under the house for games with the family.
Private outdoor shower available with hot and cold water.

Other things to note
For the week-long stays during the summer months, High Tide Hideaway has a Friday Check in / Check out. This allows guest to check in when there is much less traffic and allows guest the full day on Saturday when many other people are trying to either check in or check out. The cargo lift on the front deck is not an elevator or play area, and is for owner use only.
