The space
An ideal vacation rental for anyone; from solo travelers, to couples looking for a quiet getaway, to groups of friends, thrill-seekers, hikers, and skiers, to families seeking out a safe lake visit with activities for kids. In the Summertime you have one of the top-rated lakes and beaches in the Poconos, along with access to the community’s three heated swimming pools, plus canoeing, kayaking, and boat rentals on the lake, basketball & tennis courts and playgrounds, as well as many community activities, potlucks and meal. Movie nights, fitness center, and much more. In the Fall and Spring, our home is minutes away from hiking trails and thousands of acres of scenic State Parks and countless other activities. During Winter months, our home makes the perfect ski retreat, as we have a beautiful wood burning fireplace and are only 15 minutes from award-winning ski slopes at Jack Frost & Big Boulder, and 20 minutes from Camelback slopes and Kalahari Indoor waterpark.

You’ll have access to the entire house with the exception of the loft, which is a storage area with our personal items.
Other things to note
While our home can host 8 people, the living space would be quite tight with 8 adults. We are happy to host adult parties of 6 and a families with 4 adults and 4 children. We also have a minimum renting age of 25 and do not host parties (bachelor or bachelorette).
