A sun-bathed apartment with a LARGE BACKYARD is nestled in the heart of Queens, only a 10 min drive from LGA and 20 min from JFK. It's only a 10 min walk from Queens Place Mall and many popular shops and restaurants. The Mets Baseball Stadium and US Open Tennis Center are also a short 10 min drive.

Feel a little adventurous? Catch a 30 to 40 min train ride on the E, M, or R to Times Square or Central Park for a taste of the city.

THE SPACE:

This sun-bathed apartment is the perfect mix of indoor and out door space.

The main bedroom has a full queen sized bed, cozy desk and comfortable chair for catching up on work and a private Smart TV. It also has a full private bathroom with a very relaxing rain shower. The guest room is equipped with a full queen bed with a night table, a wardrobe rack, and its own Smart TV as well. Both rooms sport floor-to-ceiling windows to let an abundance of sunlight to soak each room. If you want more of a night setting during the day both rooms have blackout drapes to help you sleep even longer during the days.

The living room has another Smart TV and an amazing view of the green space through the sliding glass doors. The sunlight that comes in from the sliding doors space make you feel like you're in a room three times its size. A lovely new addition to this room is a new full-size loveseat sleeper (new photos coming soon!) for more and improved sleeping options. Also enjoy a selection of books and boardgames for some off-screen entertainment.

The kitchen, although New-York-City-tight, is very efficient and has all the items for you to make the most gourmet of meals. From a new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator and even a French press.

A major highlight of the space is the backyard, especially on days with amazing New York weather. Soak in the sun and hang out on the patio or lawn. Traveling with the kiddos? The backyard will become their paradise for releasing energy. Don't forget to check out the gazebo for a lovely outdoor dining experience or to get some air while doing remote work.

Although, there are washers and dryers located in the building, there recently have been functional issues. We HIGHLY recommend using the laundromat down the block from the apartment instead: Marisol Laundromat (96-01 57th Ave).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: The apartment is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the New York City flow. A cozy sanctuary of a 700 sq. ft., it is ROOMY for an occupancy of 4 adults, COMFORTABLE for 5 adults, and WORKABLE for 6 adults. For groups of over 4 guests, we have a queen-sized air mattress available to provide more sleeping options.
