This private comfortable home sleeps up to six guests, making it the perfect rental for your family or friends. Stunning 180-degree views of the Caribbean and Hans Lollik Island.
A traditional Caribbean-style home, with mahogany woods, arched doorways, and Saltillo floors throughout. Located in a private gated St. Thomas community.
This stunning cliffside villa is truly a unique experience. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Leeward Passage and Hans Lollik Island. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the spacious wood deck, and from your private swimming pool.
If you're parked in front of the villa, you'll walk down to the main house and the main outdoor deck with the pool. Enter the main living space with two couches, an indoor dining table, one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen.
The bedroom located on the main floor offers an ensuite bathroom, AC, and two twin beds that can combine to become a king-size bed as well.
The main bedroom is located up the winding staircase. Upstairs walk into a spacious bedroom, with a king-size bed, AC, TV, ensuite bathroom, a small walk-in closet, and a quaint private balcony. Perfect for sunrises.
The third bedroom is a private main suite, located outside the main house and downstairs. This bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed, AC, a small walk-in closet, and a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave & mini refrigerator. Just outside the sliding glass door, there is a small balcony with seating for enjoying the view.
Find the laundry room on your way down to the third bedroom.
You will have access to the entire villa. No space is shared with other guests.
You won't see us unless you need us. We are committed to being available by phone for you and your loved ones 24/7.
This house is located on the Northside of the island in the Peterborg neighborhood. This part of the island is peaceful, quiet, and remote. Please note that you will need to drive to any location from this house.
- Magens Bay Beach, a 5-minute drive.
- Downtown Charlotte Amalie, a 15-minute drive
- Airport, a 20-minute drive.
- Ferry to St. John & Red Hook area, a 20-minute drive.
- Closest grocery store, a 15-minute drive.
St. Thomas is not a walking community and rideshare services, such as Uber, are not available. If you are not renting a vehicle, you will need to arrange for a taxi service.
Because this villa is in a remote location, we recommend renting a vehicle. This house offers parking that can accommodate up to three vehicles.
If you choose to use taxi services during your stay we have great taxi recommendations. ** PLEASE NOTE it can be challenging to find taxis willing to drive to this location on the island.
The ACs in the house are only located in the bedrooms. The main living area has great wind flow when the doors and windows are open.
This villa is waterfront. Virtually all waterfront homes are built on inclined land. Please be sure to take care and remain on designated paths around the property.
This villa requires a lot of stair climbing. It's worth it, we promise.
Wifi and cell phone connections can be spotty and irregular at times. We can not guarantee consistent service at any time.
There is current construction located next door to this house. You will see and hear construction noises when you stay in this house.
