To ensure a smooth check-in, please note the resort’s requirements:
1. Parking Pass: 1 free parking pass provided. $25 for 2nd vehicle (up to 10 days). Max 2 vehicles. no guest golf carts allowed.
2. Resort Wristbands required for guests ages 6+. Price: $20 per guest (good for 10 days).
3. Requirements: Booking guest must be 22+ and present for the entire stay. A signed rental agreement is required.
4. Nature Note: Florida is a tropical environment. While we have regular pest control, the occasional "vacationing" lizard or bug may appear outdoors!
