Bask in the stunning beauty and simplicity of the islandâs south end. Spacious and casual, this classic single-level raised beach house on the southern neck of Pawleys Island offers the perfect getaway for easy living.
Enjoy private access to the beach and tidal creek as well as lovely Lowcountry views in nearly every direction. Outdoor features include two sundecks and two screened porches â one set on each side of the home providing rockers, a hammock, and dining set. Also on the list is the creek dock with covered cabana, an enclosed outdoor shower, and ample covered parking.
Indoors, the private floor plan provides two bedrooms on each side of the central common areas - two en suite bedrooms on the north side, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the south side.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
