Great place to rent for a family. The place was clean, friendly neighbors, cery clean nice pool. Perfect location! So close to the beach. Its in the creast so nixer area but still short to the boardwalk.

Loved the convenience of a nice relaxing holiday weekend close to the beach and boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and communication with the owner was superb!

The condo should have a better cleaning. It smelled so bad because of all moldy bathrooms, really black all around. The floors so dirty that we could not be barefoot without be all black on the bottom as well as white bed sheets used, dirty and stained...

We are very sorry you had a bad time, but we take great pride in our place. Our cleaner checks and cleans the entire condo before every guest arrives. Our cleaner scrubs all tiles and grout. There is no black mold. She mops every floor thoroughly before a guest checks in. We only use clean sheets that go through a deep wash every time. We take great pride in our home and keep it spotless for every guest. Lastly, we there after the cleaning since we were vacationing nearby, and the condo was in great shape!

Great stay!

Location was perfect, people in surrounding condos were very friendly. The pool was just enough and the house was small but comfortable and clean. The only issue was parking. Other than that, a great stay!

Unit was clean and set up as described in listing. Good location within walking distance of beach and boardwalk. Would stay here again.

Quick fun stay

Great clean property, perfect for family of 4. Quick walk to beach and a bit longer to the boardwalk. Host was easy to reach and very quick to respond. Pool was closed first day but thankfully quickly fixed and usable second day. Only minor thing was the one photo shows a kurig but they only had regular coffee pot, had to run out and get coffee. Otherwise great stay!

First the owners are great with communications, Laurie always responded quickly to inquiries. The place is smaller but comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but there is one for each bedroom. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We were there after Labor Day which was nice as it wasn't crowded. The beach is close, and you can walk to it. It's a hike from the boardwalk to the ocean beach. The pool was very nice and clean! Many activities and eating establishments are walkable or a short drive from the condo. Check in was easy, pictures show the place accurately. The 2nd bedroom layout is a little different now. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, the condo. the location and the owner!

Great place for extended stay!

I wanted a place with more room than a hotel this year. My husband and I were looking for something that allowed us to have a relaxing , lazy vacation for 2 weeks . The Jersey Shore is one of our favorite places to go . And Our 3 grown sons were also planning to come and stay as their schedules allowed . We had a comfortable, lovely stay at this place. The extra bathroom, full kitchen, and beautiful pool were just what we needed. The owner , Laurie , is easy to contact , and a by all accounts a helpful, lovely person to deal with. I’m truly hoping I will be able to go back next season.

I was not happy because some of the pictures I seen was right but the living room was very small and the pictures showed it bigger and the outside there was not enough room for us to sit out there and it was dirty, and the most thing I was very upset about was the shower curtain when I was looking at it the smell was bad I’m sorry but whoever does the cleaning someone needs to show them how to clean they should understand they are cleaning for people you are renting to. Also you should show pictures of where they will be staying at

Great Place! Nice Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. While on the smaller side (aren’t they all?), it had everything we needed for our stay. Laurie was very responsive to our questions. The condo was very clean and the grounds were nice. The pool was a great addition with plenty of seating. The most surprising thing to us was the air conditioning. Most condos tend to be hot, and with 3 window units we had no problem keeping the whole place cool during the hot and humid weather. We even had to turn it off in the living room since it was so cold. We had a great time and would definitely rent again! Thanks!!

Unfortunate happenings

Laurie was very easy to deal with but we felt that the property wasn't listed accurately. Things happened that were out of her control which we decided not to stay at all for the time we rented. It was unfortunate but should have been addressed prior to our arrival.

Candi was a very nice person. Our cleaner had an emergency and was not able to clean our unit until after Candi and her husband arrived. I apologized for the inconvenience, and offered her a partial refund, but they refused to stay. We then offered her a full refund. We aren't quite sure what she meant by saying the property wasn't listed accurately, because it 100% is.

Perfect Location!

PROS The condo was clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. The location was perfect, was able to walk everywhere even to the grocery store. The washer & dryer in the unit was great! The condo is on the 1st floor and we couldn't hear the people above us which was nice. We brought pots & pans but didn't need to because the kitchen was fully stocked. CONS Could not open any of the blinds because all of the windows faced other condos and they were prerty close together, the neighbors would be able to see us and 1 window faced the parking lot where people were walking by. Could use a dehumidifier in the condo, our clothes and blankets felt damp to the touch. A wardrobe in the main bedroom would have been nice to hang dresses but the dresser that was there worked just fine. We would definitely stay there again. Had a wonderful time.

No Shower Vacation

During our stay we had no hot water in either bathroom and both showers had almost no water pressure and what little did come out was cold. The toilet in the master bedroom was also running /leaking the whole time. Needless to say we were very upset. The only part of the house we could clean off after the beach was the kitchen sink. The home owner did respond to my concerns and tried to get someone to take a look at the bathrooms but nobody came by. She did tell me she would reimburse me half the cost for the inconvenience. I know this was not the renters fault but I would not stay there again. The property surroundings were not well maintained and not what I had expected.

First, we apologized numerous times for the inconvenience of not being able to shower. Our building is currently being remolded and that was the reason for the water issues. I tried numerous times to get the building plumber into our unit to fix the problem. We gave the renter the option of a 100% refund once she told us the problem and not knowing when the problem would be fixed. The renter chose to stay the duration of their trip. If they were that unhappy with their stay, then they should have taken the full refund. They decided to stay and we still refunded them half of their money. As far as the building not being maintained, the place is under construction for a bit longer. We felt really bad about these concerns, but we tried everything possible to fix them. Unfortunately, they were totally out of our control.

Laurie was very responsive. The rental was clean. The unit was smaller than anticipated. The pictures for the bunk bedroom are different than the actual layout. The bathrooms are very small, which isn’t bad but just a heads up, and they are attached to each bedroom. The beds had bottom sheets and comforters but no top sheet. Unit could probably use a dehumidifier. Easy walk to the beach. Outdoor seating is minimal (2 chairs and 1 small unsteady table). Parking is convenient but tight. Overall, good experience. We did not use the pool so we can’t comment on that. We were happy with the cleanliness of the unit and the washer and dryer availability.

What a great place everything you need in a cozy condo. More than one door which is convenient if there is more than one couple. The bathrooms are inside the bedrooms. That is the only downside. It is two blocks from the beach.Parking is easy. The pool is clean and there are bathrooms outside. Laurie is amazing she is just a message away for any questions. There were four of us and the space was perfect. We loved the grill area. Thank you for making things so easy.

Communication with Laurie was amazing! Only thing is she wasn’t aware of the pool heater not currently working which was disappointing however she did make every effort to figure out what was going on! Would definitely choose this place again!
