We traveled down from Michigan to meet with a friend who is stationed and lives in the area and were very happy with our stay! The host was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The house was beautiful, clean and a nice neighborhood! We look forward to returning to the area when we visit again.
We had a wonderful stay here easy access to Mexico Beach and Panama City Beach. The home has open floor plan. Great back yard. Comfortable furniture. Nice shower.
Great kitchen Island.
Owners were wonderful and check in was a breeze.
Would stay again!
The property was very nice, especially the massive kitchen! I would likely stay there again, because of the convenient location, since we often visit family in Calloway. We also loved that it was dog friendly--the dogs loved the yard.
There were a couple of improvements, however, that I would suggest, one of which is the mattress in the master bedroom, which is excessively firm, and the pillows were quite flat. I was not very comfortable at night.
Secondly, the yard was covered in some plant that produces these little velcro-like seed pods that would stick to the dogs and every time they went out they were covered in them--especially their feet, and the little pods were sticking in the pads of their paws and under their ears, creating mats. We had to brush them thoroughly every time they went out, but they still managed to get transferred to our clothes, bags and even came home to VA with us. If there was some way to get rid of these it would be great.
