Welcome to our newly remodeled two story townhome, boasting 1100 sq ft of comfortable living space. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this townhome is the perfect home base for your trip. We have two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and another room with a Double bed and Living Room with a sofa bed. The whole townhome has two full bathrooms and a powder room, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests in ultimate comfort.
Our location is just a 5-minute radius away from shopping centers, the expressway, top golf courses, and much more! We also offer hassle-free check-in, with a door code entrance that allows you to come and go as you please and change passcodes for every booking.
Our town home is equipped with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We also have two car parking spaces. No pets and no smoking allowed.
As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome using your unique door code. You'll be able to enjoy the comfortable living space and all of its amenities. The townhome also features a private, fenced grassy backyard for you to relax in.
Our townhome is located in a convenient and desirable neighborhood. The area is known for its proximity to major freeways, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll appreciate the variety of nearby amenities. Just a short drive away, you can find popular spots like Topgolf, Mainevent, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes. These are great options for entertainment, shopping and home improvement. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a night out or just want to grab a quick bite, you'll find something to suit your taste.
Our townhome is also close to major hospitals like South Texas Health System McAllen, Rio Grande Regional Hospital, McAllen Medical Plaza etc. For travelers, the airport is just 12 minutes away and there are 3 international bridges within a 12-15 mile drive. This makes it easy for you to get to your destination and make your travel plans stress-free. Overall, this is an ideal location for those looking for easy access to the city, comfortable home base for their stay and also for medical emergency.

No unregistered guests and visitors are allowed.
The maximum property capacity is 6 people.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am Please refrain from making noise during that time.
Child Safety:
Our home is/is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted in the house.
Safety and Energy Saving:
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Smoking:
Cigarettes are not allowed on the property. fine of $500 for violating the rule.
Damages and Breakages:
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid damage or breakages.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Check-out and Instruction:
Check-out time is at 11 am.
