Our home has a full kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher and central A/C and heat. The master bedroom has a King-size Nectar mattress (with Brooklinen bedding) and the second bedroom has a Queen-size Tempurpedic mattress and dedicated office space by the window with an electric standing desk and chair.

The backyard has a deck, two outdoor chairs, hammock, and grill, and the covered front porch has two bikes available for your use.

The upstairs bathroom shower (with bathtub) offers great water pressure. We have a washer/dryer in the unfinished basement as well as a small workout area including a Hydrow rowing machine, as well as an additional bathroom with shower.

The H Street DC Streetcar is just a block and a half away. We are located just 1 mile from the National Arboretum (a 3-min drive or 8-min bike ride!) An amazing array of restaurants, bars, and shops await on H St, with some of the best restaurants just a 5-min bike ride or 3-min drive away.
