Surrounded by palms and shrouded in sunshine, this lovely Naples retreat boasts indoor/outdoor living at its finest! A true focal point of the home is the brilliant backyard! Private, vibrant, and expansive, this fenced double lot features a heated saltwater pool and a charming gazebo with a firepit and comfortable seating. The lush, green garden is a gorgeous backdrop for all outdoor activities. Competitors will enjoy the basketball hoop nearby.

If you want to explore the surrounding area, Mercado is within two miles and offers plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife. Access to Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass beach access are less than three miles away. Sun-N-Fun Lagoon and Seed to Table are within a five-mile drive from your home, and 5th Ave shopping is within 10 miles for additional festivities. During your stay, you can also enjoy the Golisano Children's Museum of Naples and Barefoot Beach County Preserve.

When a break from the heat is warranted, lounge in the sunroom. Here, you can play a game of Ping-Pong, corn hole, and darts. The gas grill is the perfect addition to alfresco dining.

Head inside the home, and you will find that the charm only continues. THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The pool heater didn’t work. It doesn’t say you have to pay for pool to be heated until your final payment. We paid for it and the pool stayed cold the whole time. They did refund my fee back after I asked for it. It just sucked bc my boys wanted to play in the pool. The whole reason booking this house was bc of the pool.

Relaxing getaway in a great location

Awesome house for a nice quiet, relaxing get away. Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities (plenty of great places to eat nearby). Short distance to beach as well. Spent our time enjoying the pool, grilling, house also has bags, dartboard, and ping pong table, so plenty to do for the whole family. Would definitely book again.

The pool is really nice!

Spatious villa with a wonderful pool area. We enjoyed our stay and love to come back again in the future. The only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars is that there was a frequently barking dog across the street.

Lovely Home

This home is located near a great beach and close proximity to every store you need. The firepit and microwave were not working but were replaced during our stay. The house is clean, comfortable and not cluttered. The outdoor space is just amazing, the salt water pool is well maintained and there is plenty of comfortable seating under the pergola. There were plenty of linens and towels provided, new fridge, huge washer and dryer and bbq outside with extra propane tank. A few issues like the broken appliances, pool heater didn’t work second half of the trip, vacuum wasn’t great so it was hard to clean, blinds or sheers for the windows would be nice for privacy and heavy landscaping should not be done while guests are there or at least coordinate with guests so they know the yard will not be available for an extended period. Overall, a great spot and local Vacasa staff were responsive and very helpful in resolving issues.

Overall - good

Overall our stay was good - and we would likely get come back. However, there were a few things that could use some personal attention on site: Master bathroom - wall next to toilet was very dirty - should be washed/repainted. It was streaked and had “stuff” on it. Master bedroom - good, bed very comfortable Other two rooms - good, clean Living room - good - couches look dirty - stained - very light in color - which made them look dirty Pool area - pool was quite chilly - I had forgotten to ask to have heat on but when I texted they said it was already on from previous renter - but it only felt like it was on the first day or two. Outdoor furniture - completely understand that others may have left cushions outside in bad weather but they were dirty and spotted with black stuff. Maybe new cushions may be necessary. Overall - good stay but some personal retouches would make it a better stay. Bikes - both had flats - and pumps didn’t work. Management did bring a new pump over.the next day. Fire pit - needs to be replaced. Knobs frozen - two people came to fix 24 hrs after me texting and reminding later that day and then the 2nd person said they would send another person over. A third person never showed and we never was able to have use of the fire pit - which we wanted to use on NYE. (Texted wed am, sent reminder text wed late afternoon - someone showed up Thursday afternoon with bike pump and much later for fire pit to no avail).

Lipstick on a pig

The house looks great in the pictures and my family was excited to stay here after something went wrong with my original booking and Vacasa moved us to this house prior to our arrival. However, that all changed upon arrival. The house was very hot—nearly 80*. Also, the house is very rough around the edges—lipstick on a pig so to speak. The outside pool area is great but that’s about it. Later that night, the air conditioner is still struggling to cool the house. It only went down by a degree. Then, my nightmare—-a prehistoric sized roach ran across the kitchen floor. My husband tried to calm me and blow it off to “we are in FL.” However, while we were getting ready for bed, there was another one in the master bedroom. Looking around the house, there is a ton of rotting wood on doors and other points of entry. Thankfully, after much back and forth with Vacasa, they were able to move us to a different house the next day. Other notes—there were no beach items or pool items—not even a skimmer. The laundry is in the garage. The kitchen was not well stocked either. I would not recommend staying here. Oh—the kicker—a realtor and electrician walked in the backyard while my kids and family were swimming. The house is currently under contract but we were not informed. Such a safety/invasion of privacy issue! I hope the new owner makes a lot of changes.
