Home features a charming wood design with a lofted ceiling, large windows offering breathtaking views of the lake, and a spacious, open floor plan. The living room is cozy and inviting, perfect for curling up on the comfortable couches with blankets by the fireplace. Wooded bamboo floor through the whole house.
Enjoy the game room with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball, plus a fire pit and fenced yard. We provide a rowboat, canoe kayak and four bikes. Inside, there are 4 beds three queen size and one king size + floor mattress, a fully equipped kitchen. Just minutes from Ski Resort Big Boulder & Jack Frost, hiking, fishing, skiing, and local attractions like the Pocono Raceway and waterparks.

Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen-size bed.
Two additional rooms located in the lofted second floor—one with a queen-size bed and another with a king-size bed.
Air Conditioning: Window AC units are provided on both floors to keep you cool.
Outdoor Spaces: Two decks with stunning lake views, complete with outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
Entertainment: Wi-Fi, 3 TVs with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime and a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, blender, crock-pot, and plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A gas grill is located just outside on the deck (propane included).
Outdoor Area: A large yard with a fire pit (wood provided) and a fenced-in area for your dog. The lake is less than 100 feet from the yard.
Game Room: The house features a fun-filled game room, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a basketball game, along with a variety of board games for your entertainment.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the basement and shed.
Starter necessities:
Paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, sponge, bedding, toilet paper, hand towels & bath towels.
Pets
Maximum of two dogs up to 50 pounds.
If your dog may cause any damage, please use a crate.
Pet Fee: $100 per pet if for some reason the fee was not included in the reservation you will be asked to pay later.
No pets on beds or couches—please cover couches with blankets.
Promptly clean up after your pet.
Do not leave pets unattended in the house.
Dogs are not allowed to be washed in the shower, and bedding cannot be washed in the machine.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
Community Amenities & Recreation
In the Brier Crest Woods community, enjoy the lake for fishing, boating, and swimming at the sand beach area. There are also recreational courts including basketball, volleyball, and tennis, as well as a playground for children.
Boat Access
We provide rowboats and a canoe for guest use. These boats are available from May 1st to October 31st.
Life jackets are required for all boaters, and we provide 5 life jackets.
Boats are stored at the community boat racks, just down the road. Please be sure to return life jackets and oars when you're finished.
Wristbands
You will receive 8 wristbands for lake, beach, and recreational court access. A $25 fee will be charged for each missing wristband at check-out.
To make our home feel like yours, we recommended to bring slides/slippers to keep your feet warm and comfortable especially in the winter.

PRICING
We utilize what’s known as “base pricing "up to first 4 guests to accommodate smaller groups such as families. After the first 4 guests, there is a extra guest fee of $25 per person per night, for each additional guest up to our maximum occupancy of 8.

Property is monitored via outdoor security cameras only at the entrance to the house, parking area. Tempering with the WIFI or the camera system would be ground for immediate termination
