The Highlights

Lotus Blossom is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath gulf front home in beautiful Gulf Shores. If your goal is to be directly on the beach but you don't need all the extra frills, this home is the perfect fit for you. You'll be right in town so you can take advantage of all the great restaurants and shopping that Gulf Shores offers.

The Space

The open living area features a cathedral ceiling in the living room, 55” smart tv, new living room furniture, an ample kitchen and seating for 8 at the breakfast bar and dining table. Outside, the large water front deck offers something for everyone. The sun worshippers can sit on the sunny side, while those who prefer the shade can sit under the cover of the balcony above. There is a Queen bedroom off the living area with a private bath. A half bath with washer and dryer completes this level.

Upstairs, the Queen Master has a private bath with double sinks, 32” smart tv and a private balcony with direct gulf front views. The third bedroom has a Double bed and the 4th has a Double bed as well as a set of Twin bunks. These last two bedrooms share a hall bath. In all, Lotus Blossom will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Gulf Shores

Lotus Blossom is just a few miles from numerous restaurants and shops, yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown area. It's an ideal spot for a family vacation and we'd love to share it with you!

The house was so dirty. Basic cleaning that needed to be done wasn’t. Gross stuff on walls, rust on back deck table, dust, clumps of hair next to the bed, used chip bag that didn’t belong to us, trash that was left in the cans, not one area was clean to satisfactory. The entire home was not maintained well at all. It was definitely dated which we expected from the reviews we read but this was beyond that. It was poor craftsmanship that was done, broken tile, stains on carpet, trim that was shoddy work, outlet covers that needed replaced, door handles to exterior doors that wouldn’t lock. The entire home walls, trim, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, deck, needs replaced. The location itself was perfect, the property manager was kind and responded quickly but the home was definitely not what was portrayed. We would never stay in this home again. I attached a couple pictures of just some of the gross stuff we found when we walked in.

The only thing good about the property is the location. Shame on the owners for not putting some of the revenue into the house, the mattresses are horrible, the tile floors in the main area are broken and coming up. Can't turn the thermostat below 72 or it will freeze up?? The railings outside are getting rotted so if you hold on you get splinters, and they need a fresh coat of paint, for that much money could they put at least a mid grade toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) instead of the cheapest. Under the house was nasty with trash and very dilapidated grills, also the deck down there was rotting out. Very disappointed in the property, our memories will be of the properties down sides.The pictures are of the mold in the upstairs bathroom, the master bath wallpaper peeling up and the master headboard on backward.(if they cant do that right, what else is wrong). if you dont plan on letting the renters use the thermostat then it should be posted in the listing. The deck below is a liability for sure. Someone will get hurt... soon.

The location to tbe beach was fantastic. The house needs a little maintenance and updating but the lay out worked great & accomadated our family of 8. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a very good location just down the strip, yet close to everything. The house was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed that the kitchen was stocked with many pots, pans, bowls, all that is needed, ect. Their communication with any of my questions was exceptional!! They quickly responded to me and very friendly! The house is a bit dated, but very clean (which was the most important to me!) I feel like the pricing reflected it perfect! I would stay here again.

Perfect house. On the beach, beautiful views. I will say the steps to the house are steep and hard for some elderly people but other than that great trip!!

We had a good stay. It was a great weekend and the house is perfectly located for our needs. The house is dated but most everything worked. We could feel the house move at times which is a strange feeling. We are not sure if that happens due to the stilts or if there is an issue. It was nice to have the walkway over the dunes next door. The only thing better would be to have a private walkway over the dunes. Access and communication was good. The beach was gorgeous and wasn't super crowded. 3 1/2 stars

Overall the stay was great. The house could use some updates. The bathrooms need work done tubs were super clogged where you was taking a bath and shower at the same time.

Sugar sand beach

We had a fantastic time at the Lotus Blossom. The house was clean & comfortable. The location was fabulous, directly on the beach. We had read reviews so we knew to bring our own chairs for the deck area & beach. It was perfect for our family and we hope to return soon.

Lotus Blossom

Overall a great horse right on the beach with spectacular views. The house did not have a functioning ice maker. We had to purchase ice daily. There was not a TV in every bedroom. The refrigerator leaked water occasionally. Other than those few things it was a great beach house. My family enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise’s and sunset’s each day! We can’t wait to visit Gulf Shores again!

Family vacay

The house was perfect for our family!! Our only issue was the driveway. One side of the driveway was very hard to get in and out of because of the deep sand. There were several times we almost got stuck lol. Other than that it was great and we would defy stay here again!!

Great location.

Amazing beach access. Spacious home, great location. Very minimal kitchen accessories though, not even salt and pepper. All of the beds upstairs were very uncomfortable. Most of us ended up sleeping on the floor or the couch cushions. If the mattresses are replaced/updated then we would definitely book here again.

Great family house

My family and I loved this house! We were so happy to find a home steps from the beach and in our price range. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The first night one of the showers was not draining well, we contacted management and they sent someone to fix it the same day. They were on it! We went in early fall and the street was not busy or loud and we were able to set up on the beach directly in front of the house. Saw dolphins in the morning and a beautiful view of the sunrise/sunset. We plan to visit again!
