OCEANIA RESORT - Condo spacieux et bien aménagé Beach Garden Delight Studio avec terrasse au rez-de-chaussée, jardin privé avec barbecue à gaz pleine grandeur, une piscine et vue sur l'océan, 4 couchages.

Ce condo rez-de-chaussée et très spacieux Garden Delight Studio peut accueillir confortablement 4 adultes et dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'un dressing, d'une salle de bain complète, d'une kitchenette entièrement équipée de bonne taille et d'un 4 - une table pour le petit-déjeuner. Cette unité très spacieuse vous offre 650 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, plus il y a une terrasse privée et un jardin de 400 pieds carrés avec un barbecue à gaz pleine grandeur et une belle vue sur l'océan à travers l'aménagement paysager luxuriant de la propriété.

Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, télévision par câble, télévision à écran plat haute définition, lecteur DVD et chaîne stéréo compatible iPod (apportez votre iPod si vous en avez un!) sont tous disponibles pour votre confort supplémentaire. Cette unité est située dans le bâtiment Eagle (= côté plage) au rez-de-chaussée (attenant au condo Garden Delight 2 chambres). - 4 couchages max.

Great location

This property is located on Eagle beach. It is very easy to walk to the beach and is near lots of nearby shops and restaurants as well. The check in process was easy, and the place is safe and protected by security at all times.

Perfect Beach access, great pools, nicely furnished, could use new beach chairs- they are a little the worse for wear but not by any means a deal breaker! Lovely trip- thank you!

Great location

Family of 4 (kids 6 & 9 years old) had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect for walking to a few restaurants. The pools were quiet and the beach was beautiful. Clean property and condo. Would certainly recommend!

Great quite spot on Eagle Beach

If you want away from all the people this is the place to be! Rent a car and go do you! Loved the condo and how we were so close to the beach.

Perfect place to stay.

We rated 5 stars, as the location, the studio apartment, the pool and grounds were excellent. Clean and very well maintained. The studio had everything we needed, and is perfect for 2 or 3 adults. The beach chairs and cooler were a huge benefit. We will book here again on our next visit to beautiful Aruba.

Perfect get away

The property was exactly as described, very near Eagle Beach. We had prestige pick us up at the airport making check in very easy. After we arrived we decided to rent a car and prestige helped us with our rental at a very affordable price. The entire week was wonderful, perfect location and comfortable accommodation. I would recommend staying at this property.

Perfect location. Access to 4 pools and across from Eagle Beach. Beautiful views. This was an adjoining unit separated by a door, the door needs to have more insulation or sound proofing

The location was Prime, the complex was fantastic, only concern was that the people next door were heard thru the adjoining door too easily!

Beautiful beach

Property was nice, could easily hear the unit next door though. Pools were a little murky but the beach is beautiful. Need to get up at 6 am to get an umbrella on the beach - highly recommend!

Very Quiet and easy walk to the beach

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach get up early to get a hut. The only complaint we had was the walls are very thin. You are able to hear your neighbors word for word and the hot tub is very noisy

Mother/daughter getaway

Very friendly check-in/out and accommodations were very nice and beach like. Short walk to beach, chairs and towels included. Pool area nice as well. A few places to go at within walking distance but mostly need to taxi around/cash only. Only negative was one tiny bar of soap, had to ask for another to make it for our entire stay. They did provide. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Very quiet location on Eagle Beach. About 50 steps to the pool and then another 50 steps from there to the beach. The condo was spacious and I like the bed…very comfy. Very secure. Security stop to get onto the property, the property is completely gated and security man patrolled the property. There is no daily housekeeping or towel swap. There are beach chairs and pool towels in the condo for your use. Unfortunately the walls are THIN you can hear normal conversations in the next room or outside your door. I advise you to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The rental agents meet you right at the unit and go over everything with you when you check in. They do offer concierge services so do yourself a favor and have them stock your fridge with breakfast items, coffee, snacks etc. The coffee maker is a small 4 cup drip machine. Full size fridge with ice maker! So nice, quiet and safe, I’d feel confident and safe traveling back by myself!!
Sitting out on the patio enjoying the morning. Lots of little lizards running by…harmless but entertaining.

Convenient, quiet and comfortable studio

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, comfortable and located on the ground floor with walkout access to the pools and beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Eagle Beach is right across the road and never seemed to be crowded.The condo was equipped with everything we needed. There were a couple of small maintenance items needing attention, but they were handled efficiently by Sharon and Kenneth. We felt that this condo experience was superior to a timeshare complex: less crowded, fewer kids.

Best Vacation

We stayed at a studio apartment at Oceania. The apartment was awesome, very clean and it looked just like the online pics. Located steps from Eagle beach which was gorgeous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only down fall were the pools. There was always leaves floating in the pool and one day one of the pools was very cloudy and dirty. They definitely could maintain them better. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation we will definitely be back!

Eagle Beach Aruba vacation

Great condo close to the beach. Pros; great location, nice clean pools, bus stop right in front of condos, steps away from the beach, safe area, small patio with bbq, beach chairs umbrella and cooler provided, comfortable King size bed, extra large closet good for luggage storage, newer furniture. Great ice machine in the fridge. Cons: no oven, stove burners slow to heat, adjoining door to next unit allowed us to hear everything going on in the other condo. Patio area and outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty. Needed more linen and towels but property management responded quickly with additional towels. WiFi was slow at times.

Regarding your concerns: The stove burners are countertop models that may take a moment to heat up. The adjoining door is used when the unit is rented as part of a larger suite. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. The patio and outdoor furniture were clean upon check-in. However, due to the proximity to the beach and the regular occurrence of Sahara dust in Aruba, dust can accumulate quickly. We provide sufficient towels based on the pre-check-in information. For two guests, we placed 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels in the unit. We even made an exception to exchange the towels upon request. The WiFi issue was due to temporary problems with Setar, our local phone company, which have since been resolved. The only item missing was a pillowcase, which our colleague Andres delivered the next day. We appreciate your understanding and suggestions, which will help us improve. Best location on the Island

We had two condo's for a family reunion birthday and anniversary. This condo was perfect for us. We are 80 years old and have some mobility problems. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach itself absolutely wonderful, definitely the very best location on the entire coastline. Beautiful sand and crystal clear water. Everything was even nicer than expected. The only small negative was that there was no small convenience store or snack place close. However, when we arrived from grocery shopping before checking in, we were given every assistance to take our bags and purchases from the car to the condo. We would definitely recommend this condominium to anyone and everyone. Gracias

Our stay

This was a wonderful stay. There are a couple of things that would make it even better. 1. The tv package for a studio is very limited. I realize that a much better cable box does come with one and two bedroom accommodations. 2. The hot tub was not available to us and the chairs right outside our studio was used by the people in the two bedroom apartment Nextdoor to us. 3. We did not have an assigned parking space and instead had to find a space marked “Visitor”. On some occasions we had to walk all around the building to find a place to park even though occupancy was less than 50%. Overall your grounds were spectacular and the pool was delightful. And you also have a wonderful location.

All units offer basic cable TV, however, some might offer smart connection possibilities. We are sorry to hear about the parking situation during your stay, it is indeed unusual that the visitors' parking options were not as available. This studio does not include the hot tub and we are sorry that the neighboring guest took the outdoor chairs, this is not allowed.
