Le condo Tropical Penthouse à une chambre est le seul condo PENTHOUSE (À L'ÉTAGE SUPÉRIEUR) À UNE CHAMBRE de tout le complexe; tous les autres penthouses ont deux chambres ou plus. Cette unité a une chambre principale avec un lit king-size et des placards intégrés; une salle de bain moderne et complète; un canapé-lit queen-size et un canapé tropical dans le salon; une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec table de cocktail / petit déjeuner à 4 places; une installation laveuse / sécheuse. Il y a un balcon / terrasse (adjacent au salon) avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan et un barbecue-grill. De plus, accessible par un escalier en colimaçon interne, il y a une terrasse privée sur le toit carrelée qui s'étend sur tout le condo, avec des meubles de terrasse, un bain à remous extérieur pour 4 personnes et une vue majestueuse sur l'océan!

Cette unité vous offre 950 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, plus 1 200 pieds carrés d'espace de terrasse sur le toit privé. Un coffre-fort à verrouillage par code (assez grand pour ranger un ordinateur portable), une connexion Internet haut débit par câble et sans fil gratuite, une télévision par câble, deux télévisions à écran plat haute définition (dans le salon et la chambre), un lecteur DVD et une chaîne stéréo compatible iPod set (apportez votre iPod si vous en avez un!) sont disponibles pour votre confort. We jad a wonderful tome! The roo. Was stocked with everything we needed. Floats, chairs, dishes, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. I view was amazing, and the area quieter than the surroinding beaches.

The check in was a breeze. The property manager was there to meet us and explained everything to us in detail. She was very professional and helpful in explaining questions we had about the area. I will definitely use VRBO again.

I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to stay for my first trip to Aruba. The entire resort is spotless and well maintained. The pools are fantastic and the room was great. The view is amazing! I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Aruba.

We spent a week at Oceania. This is a gorgeous property right across from eagle beach. Pools were beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Perfect stay.

We could not have stayed in a better place. The location was directly across the street from the most beautiful beach in Aruba, and a short walk to the grocery. Lots of dining options in the immediate area as well. The property is impeccably maintained and security on site was extremely pleasant and helpful with taxis...it was a pleasure to meet you Heine! Already planning our return trip.

Great Location

Love the location, room was so clean, everyone was so friendly. The two issues were that the mattress needs to be replaced as both sides sink to the point you feel like you are going to fall off the bed and the bed room was too hot to be able to sleep. We closed both shades, closed doors, turned on the ceiling fan, rolled down the comforter but still hot (temp set on 68). Needless to say we slept very little our entire week.

Amazing-breathtaking view! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place! We have been to Aruba 5 times prior-and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the accommodations and friendly service. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended! We WILL be back!

Wonderful!

My wife and I spent a week there and it was terrific. A quick walk across the street to Eagle Beach, back to the pools, and then finally up to own private rooftop for the sunset. 100% recommend! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic property

This property was top notch. Location cannot be beat. Fabulous view. We walked to grocery store and restaurants. Took a taxi a few times and also the bus which stops right out front. It’s probably the best stocked VRBO i have ever rented. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is very be well stocked. Hot tub on the roof was a great bonus. Used it every night. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful condo on top floor of Oceania. There were two issues, refrigerator wasn’t working and the hot tub drained out but both issues were solved immediately. Prestige Realty was very quick to respond and fix both things.

Amazing vacation!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in mid-August. The unit itself was immaculate and stocked well with cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper products, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. It has everything you need. We were greeted happily by a representative upon our arrival and check in was smooth (as was check out). Proximity to Eagle Beach is incredible. We also enjoyed the pool. The pigeons did visit but I put a call in and they came over and cleaned up immediately. It was nice to have the grill as well. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

Great property, excellent property management

All as advertised. Property and property management were excellent. Very safe area, very clean and the unit and the complex including the pool were very well maintained. All the personnel were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend (though bed could use a new mattress.)

Spectacular!

First time in Aruba with my partner and after doing much research on where to stay, we are so glad we chose the perfect home. Everything about our stay was amazing from location, to views, to private penthouse rooftop, to the pools, easy access to the beach, cozy home (all the beach amenities you need), etc. The best part about our stay was the staff, every encounter with the people truly shows you why it’s called One Happy Island. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, private, relaxing & fun time in Aruba. Can’t wait to be back!

Great place to stay

Had a fantastic time, easy to get around with the transit system, the property is lovely and well maintained. The place has everything you need, including tumblers for drinks at the beach, beach chairs wirh arm straps to carry them easily and a cooler. The only complaint, and I should have said something but I didn't and that's on me, is that the cooler they provide for the beach had no handle so we never used it for that, which was unfortunate. Also, the bed could definitely use an upgrade. And the AC isn't very strong in the bedroom. But nothing that was untolerable by any means. All in all had a great stay here!! The security were ultra friendly also! Would definitely come back!

Beachfront Tropical Penthouse

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was well stocked and very clean, gave 4 on cleanliness only because pigeons on balcony made it unuseable until we brought chairs inside after cleaning. ALL inside was spotless!! Nice pools and steps from Eagle Beach! Condo had beach chairs, towels, everything!! Kitchen very well stocked!! Hot tub on roof top was wonderful! Check in a breeze and ALL Staff WONDERFUL! We would stay here again!!!

Great unit, but you must love birds!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Oceania property. We always enjoy the property & everyone we interact with throughout our stay. We love it here.This stay was definitely not as good as our last two. This unit was good, but definitely had some let downs. 1st and foremost, I want to say the birds are absolutely ridiculous & saying upon check in "we've tried everything" seems unrealistic. Other units have changed the light on the balcony or they've attached items to the tops of their outdoor lights to prevent the bird from staying on it. There was bird poop all over the balcony, chairs & grill. We were sure to take picture's to show just how awful it was. We were unable to go outside and enjoy the view, eat our meals or relax. It was a big disappointment for us. The other two unit's we stayed in did not have this problem, so saying everything was tried, seems like a copout. Only having 3 bath towels for the week was also something we were not prepared for. We understand that there is laundry in the unit. But having to wash our towels almost daily wasn't what we planned to do while on vacation. Some more towels, even just two more, would be really helpful. This will not prevent us from returning to Oceania in the future, but we would not stay in this unit again. We want to be outdoors, taking in the beautiful view from our balcony. Morning breakfast out there would be nice. Not swatting aggressive birds & dodging bird poop. You could prevent it, other units have.

Perfect location, just as advertised and host was very nice. Only complaint was pigeons on the deck every day and night making the deck a complete mess.

Terrible Check In and Repairs

Beautiful and quiet property on beautiful beach. The property manager asked for information from us in advance but never provided the check in information. I called them the day before we left and we called many times on our way to Aruba and after we arrived. We also drove to the rental company office and it was closed. They could have sent me a text or e-mail with the check in information but did not. They also did not return numerous voice messages. They eventually answered our call and were at the resort to check us in. That was pretty stressful and should have been avoided. The unit had electrical problems with outlets for the coffee maker and toaster, patio door would lock with no way to unlock and could have left us stranded on the 5th floor patio, and the kitchen sink faucet was leaking below the sink. These were fixed the first two days but were not new problems. After we finally reached someone and the repairs were completed we had a great week.

Everything was just perfect! The condo and property is immaculate. The staff was so friendly and helpful. With our flights being delayed we were concerned about a late check in but they made everything so easy. We are already planning to come back next year!

Wonderful condo with an amazing view! My husband and I loved staying here. We absolutely loved Aruba. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit again and would definitely stay here again when we do.
