Condominium de 1 200 pi 2 BR 2 BA en front de mer avec une terrasse privée de 1 500 pi 2 sur le toit où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, la plage, l'île et le coucher du soleil. Lit king size dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre, télévision à écran plat dans les deux. Mobilier haut de gamme et toutes les commodités pour votre plaisir. Si vous aimez les promenades tranquilles sur la plage, les bons restaurants ou simplement une soirée relaxante à la maison loin des hôtels bondés, alors notre condo à Oceania Resort Residences est l'endroit parfait pour vous.

Aruba offre un temps presque parfait, de belles plages et est riche en culture. Great place to stay near Eagle Beach

I had a great stay here with my wife and two kids. The condo has everything you need for making meals and the view from the patio and rooftop are awesome. And Eagle Beach is incredible and right across the street.The condo complex is very well taken care of and we felt completely safe during our time there. There are also several very good restaurants within walking distance. While a couple of minor maintenance issues popped up during our visit, they were fixed very quickly. All in all - I highly recommend this penthouse condo.

Amazing

It was an excellent experience. Even before we got there, Michael provided us with all the information about the condo and the surrounding area. Perfect gated location with a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Richi, who gave us a small tour. I definitely recommend staying here, I know I wouldn't stay elsewhere!

Great location, friendly owner and management team. Hot tub didn’t heat up but hot tub guy showed up our last day - he was providing scheduled maintenance so hopefully that issue was repaired. Perfect place to stay!

Fantastic!

Michael, the owner, was quick to respond to questions any time we had them. The listing was exactly as described and more. We were greeted at the gate by Richi. He helped us to our condo, showed us all the amenities, the rooftop hot tub and gave us great tips. Overall, we were very pleased from booking to checking out.

Aruba family get away

My husband, our two daughters (14 and 17), and I stayed here, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We felt incredibly safe, and the location couldn’t have been better. Each day, we swam at Eagle Beach, just across the street, and always enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool on our way back.The rooftop views were picture-perfect—ocean on one side and the vibrant island life on the other. The private hot tub was such a treat at the end of each day. Inside, the views of both the ocean and the pool were absolutely breathtaking.There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The rooftop was ideal for morning coffee while the kids slept in, and there was always room to relax or enjoy some quiet time. The master suite was especially spacious, featuring a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet/dressing room, and an incredible view of the ocean from the king-size bed.I can’t recommend this penthouse enough. The friendly 24/7 security and gated entrance added an extra layer of peace of mind, making our stay even more relaxing and carefree.Leading up to our trip, Michael was quick to respond to any questions and incredibly helpful. While we didn’t end up needing anything during our stay, it was comforting knowing we had a reliable contact if we did.We highly recommend staying here, and if we return to Aruba, we’ll absolutely book this VRBO again. It was our favorite part of the entire trip.Thank you for having us!

Eagle Beach

Great experience from start to finish. Communication prior to booking and upon arrival. Apartment was extremely and had everything we needed. Views are incredible. Pools and pool areas are clean, comfortable and not crowded. Can not get better beach access. Penthouse was amazing for morning coffee. Highly recommend this apartment and theOceania property.

My son checked in. I was not part of the process. Check out was great. Rental Host Micheal was super informative and helpful. The property was everything they said it was. definitely would like to go back.

Very enjoyable

Condo was very clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed. The location on Eagle beach was perfect. The only downside was the noise from the construction going on next to the property, but that appears to be getting close to completion. Communication with the owner and Richie was excellent! We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return sometime in the near future.

We loved it here! Very clean and plenty of space. Great location and easy access to Eagle beach. Hot tub on the rooftop terrace was fun in the evenings. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

A great property that was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view and steps from the beach. Awesome location and great communication throughout the process. Grounds were beautifully maintained and security was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful getaway

Our first time in Aruba and we can’t say enough great things about this property. Communication with the owner was great and Ritchie was extremely helpful with check in and also helped us sort out an issue with our rental car. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of four had the best time! Condo was spacious and clean. The hot tub on the roof was great. The beach was a short walk past the pool. Beautiful sand and water. Restaurants and casinos are a short cab ride away. You will love staying here, everything you could possibly want. I ordered groceries ahead of time and they were there before we arrived. Best time ever!
