1 BR, 1 Bath Condo, Fully equipped galley kitchen, spacious ground level patio, corner unit overlooking lake, outdoor pool, and covered pavilion with table and chairs, gas grills. BR-Queen bed,. LR double sleep sofa

I am also offering my condo for rent for a period of 30 days for continuous period or for as little time as 2 nights. My condo is ideal for traveling nurse or business professional employee or couples just needing a short get-away.
Bring your boat. Park free in our designed parking lot and launch from our boat ramp. Must provide proof of ownership and currant insurance.

Also, just need 7 nights? Discounts are AUTOMATICALLY given for those bookings for at least 7 nights and up to 28 days.

During your visit eat out or enjoy cooking in the Galley kitchen w/stove, full oven, microwave, Keurig coffee pot with coffee pods for you, Full fridge, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, all cooking utensils.

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway for our anniversary. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner even left us a card for our anniversary. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little unit, super host!

My husband and I own land in SML so we visit several times per year to check in. We found Polly’s place to be a Very clean little unit for 2 in a beautiful SML waterfront location. We arrived on Valentine’s Day amidst a terrible ice/snow storm and unfortunately, there was no internet. Polly was very responsive and made every effort to resolve the issue but to no avail. She was apologetic and made a fair accommodation. Great customer service! The bed and pillows were amazing. Lovely linens were a nice touch. The unit was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. I Will say that most things in the unit are pretty basic so if you’re looking for a luxury get away this is not the place for you. We did run into a problem while trying to boil a simple pot of water. There is no kitchen vent and no fan. The microwave is shelved right above the range and there is a smoke detector in the tiny galley kitchen. As soon as the water started to steam, the smoke detector went off and we found ourselves fanning the smoke detector. None of these minor things would keep us from returning to Polly’s place. Overall the location, comfort and host were very much worth the price of the stay. We would love to return to Polly’s place in the future! As a side note, you must be able to climb stairs as this unit is only accessible by stairs. Additionally, cell service is very limited in this unit and not available at all in parts of the unit.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband stayed here for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! Polly was so helpful with our late check in and getting us all off the information we needed for a peaceful stay. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back patio looking at the lake sipping our morning coffee and resting and relaxing in the condo. I would definitely recommend Polly’s condo for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful trip!!

Just looking for a place for a short getaway. We were very interested in Smith Mountain Lake. We wanted a water view and this property had that. Condo was compact but had every we needed. Place was very clean which was my first requirement. Condo was a bit away from the center of town, but honestly it didn’t matter much as there was a mini mart and a very good restaurant at the nearest crossroad. Overall, this was a good choice for us. Owner was very helpful and honest with my questions. I would recommend this location

Polly is AMAZING!

First off, the communication with Polly for any and everything was top notch. She was so accommodating! She left us a little something special because she knew it was our anniversary and that meant so much to know she cared. The property was so clean and welcoming. The best option for staying at Smith mountain lake!

Honestly Polly was the nicest, most helpful person we've ever rented from! Her condo was so clean and comfortable, and when she tells you she has everything there for you, she means EVERYTHING. Also the condo was so close to so many restaurants and even a very nice community lake! And the pool on site was amazing also! I would definitely recommend renting from Polly over anyone else in the area 😁

I can't begin to describe how nice this condo is! It is small but extremely comfortable. It has everything you will need for your stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was just what you need! The pool was clean and peaceful. If you need a recharge from life then this is the perfect place to rent. Communication with the owner was excellent. She really cares about her guests and it shows! We throughly enjoyed our stay. From booking to checking in to questions, our stay was amazing. We escaped for a long weekend for our 5th anniversary. The owner was quite responsive to our questions. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and complex. This is a small place, perfect for a couple. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo as we did a lot of exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. I would stay here again, for sure.

One in Marketing and one in Management. This checked off another dream that I was determined to achieve.. Retired now and not telling my age :). I was employed as a Property Manager for over 600 apartments (giving me a little edge ensuring tenant satisfaction) and was a Cable TV Customer Service Manager for spanning an area of two states, Finished up my employed years as Human Resource Benefit Manager for a company with over 100 employees. I love my retirement and the fact that it affords me the opportunity to do what I enjoy. After a year of owning my condo and seeing other families doing the same while renting their units out occasionally, I decided to jump on board and I love it. I have met so many wonderful people, it keeps me busy and there is no denying....gives me a little extra income. I invite you to choose my condo. I live a little over an hour from Smith Mountain Lake and owned a boat while raising my family and loved visiting the Lake. I always wanted to own lake property but never thought I could afford it. I am retired now and do not need nor want a large vacation home but enjoy the lake and it's amenities. I chose to buy this condo because of the size and the location. It is perfect size and affordable for a couple retreat or a short/extended business trip visit to the lake The reviews that I receive from my guests of every age group state the same reason for their high rating reviews. They love the cozy feeling, the cleanliness, the quick access to everything and the affordability of having it all. Also, included in the rate for my guess is free boat parking and a dock access to the lake. In short, I choose this neighborhood because it offers it all for an affordable. price. My ground level waterfront condo is equipped so that you only need pack your clothes and bring beach towels if visiting during pool season. What makes my property location unique is its rural setting area but it is located close enough to enjoy the restaurants, entertainment, and abundance of history locally. You will also have the opportunity to view the most gorgeous breath taking sunsets while sitting on the patio or from inside the LR/Dining area. My little condo offers you a wonderful atmosphere of rest and relaxation yet close enough to enjoy a night of various restaurants, music/entertainment or a drive with Virginia's scenic environment/landmarks comparable to the best. I have created an atmosphere inside the condo that is not crowded yet has the amenities that creates an enjoyable retreat. It is proof that wonderful things can come in small packages.
