We’ve been using Vrbo or some service like this for more than 20 years. This is the BEST Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. From the start the communication from our host was outstanding. NOBODY has ever left us a personalize note just saying hello and welcoming us. The location and site is BETTER than advertised. They’ve thought of everything and I mean EVERYTHING. We would highly recommend them. For as long as our daughter lives in the area this will be our home away from home. Thank you for the best experience Kristen, and YESSSSS our baby found the dress of her dreams!

We had a very comfortable stay at Kristen’s place. It is exactly as pictured, incredibly clean and well appointed. She is a fantastic host and so responsive and kind when we needed help with things. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet and close to Wesleyan.My one add to the listing would be that there are a number of stairs to access the apartment for anyone with ambulatory issues.I highly recommend this cozy apartment!

Calm and comfortable

Perfect overnight stay but would have loved to stay longer. The rental was bright, cheery, well stocked and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and planned for all our possible needs. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. Would recommend to anyone and we would definitely choose to stay here again when we are in the area.

Amazing place to stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We were in town for a wedding and our accommodations were far superior to our family who stayed in hotel rooms. Kristen and August were wonderful hosts and even left us a bottle of champagne as we were also celebrating our own wedding anniversary. The place was immaculate and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

This place is exactly as described! It’s very cozy and comfortable. Kristen our host could not have been nicer. Her decorating, special notes on how to operate everything, the snacks and extra toiletries were all great. Kristen would check in to see how everything was going and if we needed anything there was no waiting for it. We would highly recommend staying here. Cozy comforts is exactly what you’ll find at this property! Kristin went above and beyond to provide everything and more that we needed for our stay. She did a fantastic job communicating with us and is a naturally gifted hostess. The property was immaculate, and the location was beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay! This location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We are located in the country with cows across the street from us yet only 10 minutes from downtown Middletown and Wesleyan University. We are about 20 minutes from our state's capitol, Hartford; or travel South about 20-25 minutes and hit one of Connecticut's many beautiful beaches along our coastline. It's the perfect spot if you want to stay in all weekend, kick back on the couch and stream your favorite shows or movies OR you can go explore the many fine dining options nearby or local breweries/wineries. We are about 40 minutes from Mohegan Sun and about 45 minutes from Foxwoods Casino where you can always find a great concert or something fun to do!

We fell in love with our home the minute we walked into it and we hope you will too. We have been slowly renovating it and turning it into our forever home and we truly hope you feel like this is a place where you can drop your worries at the door when you arrive and simply enjoy yourselves and all our beautiful town/state have to offer; whether you're here for a night, a week or a month!
