With a queen in the master suite and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this beautiful Holiday Isle rental sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The spectacular views and resort amenities will make your stay more than wonderful! Take a walk to the beach, enjoy a lap around one of the five community pools, relax in one of the three hot tubs, a game of tennis or golf, or grill up your fresh catch on the barbecue grills. Sandpiper Cove is a 43-acre gated resort located on the exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This expansive resort offers amazing amenities including private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six lighted tennis courts, horseshoes, pickle ball, shuffleboard, pickle ball and Bocce Ball courts, plus a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Additionally, the resort includes a beach pavilion that serves food and beverages, BBQ grills onsite, and a Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Overall, this was a great stay. Clean rooms and close to just about everything. And the private beach was a huge plus.

Nice place, but bring quarters

Very nice place to stay and very clean. Only wish it would have been easier to get quarters to do laundry. Huge miscommunication with the front gate as they sent us to the restaurant for quarters and they don’t do that there. No change machine on site. Only downfall of the whole place.

Will NOT stay here again

The property was nice and we enjoyed the pools very much and easy access to the beach. The condo on the other hand was not very clean. I my self have animals but did not bring them with me on the trip and they also allow pets in the condo but the floors were covered in dog hair and my daughter also found a dead tick on the floor under the table that was the size of a dime. As soon as we got there we were looking around, there was still wet dirty towels for the tenants before in one of the hampers. We had to use the same washcloths and towels for 4 days because we didn’t know you have to pay $3 to wash and $3 to dry a load of clothes. Also there was fecal matter stuck to the side of the toilet when we arrived and the worst part of it I killed 5 roaches and found one dead under the bed. I would also take some of the unnecessary things out of the condo to provide more room, it was very cluttered. I would probably fire the cleaning crew they have and hire someone more thorough.
