The Master Bedroom opens directly onto the sandy beach. Private upper deck offers spectacular sunsets over the lake. Granite kitchen & bathrooms, gas fireplace, gas BBQ grill, WiFi, stereo, washer & dryer. Flat screen TVs, cable, Blu-ray DVD players and Roku in the Living Room and Master Bedroom.
Minutes away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the magnificent East Shore and Flume trails. Conveniently next door to the Hyatt Lake Tahoe's Lone Eagle Grill, Bar on the Hyatt Pier, Casino and water sports. Walking distance to biking & hiking trails and local restaurants. Golfing, tennis, pickle ball, disc golf course, skate & bike parks, bocce ball, playgrounds, bowling and cinema are nearby.
Non-smoking; no pets permitted.
Please note: This property only offers beach access to the private 999 Lakeshore Beach for the number of occupants. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) This property is a 7 night minimum, Friday to Friday booking property during the summer months. Bookings outside of this can be cancelled.
