This cozy 2-bedroom end unit condo overlooks a parklike setting just steps from the clubhouse with workout room, spa, sauna, and seasonal pool. A nice bright living room with beamed ceiling and skylights, a wood burning fireplace, dining area with seating for 4, and a nice small deck off the dining room. Includes a king-size bed in the master bedroom (with in suite bathroom) on the main floor, and a king bed and two twin beds in the large loft bedroom upstairs. The second bathroom is also located upstairs. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, free On-Demand TV and movies, puzzles, and games. Whether it's relaxing at the pool or lake, skiing, snowboarding, or enjoying a hike, Incline Village has it all. A perfect Incline Village location just off Lakeshore drive is only a short walk to the Hyatt hotel and casino and to many restaurants, including the elegantly rustic lakeside Hyatt Lone Eagle. It's also within minutes from the village shops, cinema, bowling, golf, and the new East Shore Bike Path. During the winter, the free Diamond Peak shuttle stops right outside of the complex. It is important to note that while clean and comfortable it is dated. Many of our guests are returning guests and comment that it is a Blast to the Past with some older furniture and appliances, the owner has recently replaced much of the living room furniture and purchased new hotel quality beds.
