Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of the G Building and the resort and is only minutes away from the beach. The Village complex is nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. There are many unique shops and local restaurants within walking distance.

Our unit sleeps two. It has a king bed. The unit has been completely renovated in February 2021. The kitchenette is equipped with granite counter tops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and bar refrigerator.

A few really cool feature about my unit is the new mattress we just bought. The unit is equipped with Amerisofts new AS5 king mattress. It contains multiple layers of our most plush and absorbing foam, measuring more than a foot deep! For anyone seeking the ultimate in softness, this is the bed for you. Cooling Bio-Pur®︎, Active Flex, and HIVE®︎ comfort layers create a soft but responsive feel that relieves pressure points and makes you feel like you’re floating. Plus the high-performance Celliant®︎ cover is made with thermoactivated yarn to safely turn body heat into infrared energy.

Parking Notes: Parking is located behind the Villages of South Walton only steps away from stairs or elevator access to the unit. No parking passes are required.
