Perfect location in Seacrest Beach
Overall, the location is great. Ground floor, right behind the village shops, right next to the pool. I feel like the listing was pretty generic and didn't provide this level of detail, so worth noting!
The property itself has plenty of space... but yet it felt really tight for our family of four (young kids). The furniture overall is pretty oversized, which could've contributed to that. Minor thing and we made it work. One thing about the furniture - there weren't many options to store clothes. One small dresser allowed us to unpack 1/2 a suitcase, but had to live out of suitcases on the floor for everything else.
Another thing not mentioned in the listing was that the property was stocked with 4 beach towels, a beach umbrella and beach chairs. We packed our own umbrella and towels and would've saved ourselves the trouble had we had known!
The unit comes with bracelets that give you access to the nearby beach. Walking takes about 10 minutes, but there's a tram that picks up at the pool and is a nice, convenient ride. The beach section is SMALL though - tons of people all on top of each other. Just be prepared and get there early.
In addition to beach towels, there are a ton of bath towels stocked... but the place is short on pillows, toilet paper and trash bags. You'll need to pick up some supplies if you plan to be there long enough.
Overall we had a great stay and if staying on the north side of Hwy 30A (i.e., not 'on' the beach), the location can't be beat.
