Summary:
Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house in middle of Fayetteville with amazing views. This home is set on 7 private acres in the heart of Fayetteville. Watch deer and squirrels play as you catch sunset views (great for storm watching too). Centrally located with quick access to I-49 as well as downtown Fayetteville. The house has been recently remodeled and has brand new appliances/floors. The house has a brand new hot tub as well with amazing views off of it.
The Space:
This listing is for the Upstairs only. You will have the entire home to yourself, but we're limiting it to the upstairs only (+ access to all deck areas and the hot tub) during the week so we can offer a lower price and a lower number of guests for mid week stays (Airbnb requires us to make a separate listing in this case). You will not have access to the downstairs bedrooms, pool table, or washer/dryer. This is just so we can charge less money and a lower cleaning fee to allow smaller groups to enjoy the house as well from time to time. If you have a larger group, want to stay the weekend with more than 4 guests, or want to be able to use the downstairs, please book through our main listing.
The upstairs is almost 1700 square feet though, so you have plenty of room too spread out. There's a 2nd bedroom aside from the master. It's on the opposite side of the house from the other upstairs bedroom, and has a barn door separating it off from the living room completely, so you have a great amount of privacy at night even if you are 2 people traveling separately (i.e. you most certainly will not hear anyone snoring if people are sleeping in both rooms).
Security Features - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Guest Access:
The house is located on a private drive. So you will have a gate code and private access the entire time you are here.
The Neighborhood:
It's a private drive. You have the entire property to yourself.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a âcrewâ or âcompany,â please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
