Additional sleeping space is available in the seating area off the primary bedroom, where a cozy couch can double as a bed. Spanning 2200 sq. ft. across 2 floors, the home is designed for guests to entertain and relax.

It serves as an ideal base camp for exploring the many recreational opportunities for which Bozeman is known. Downtown Bozeman and Montana State University are just an 11-minute drive away, Bridger Bowl is approximately 28 minutes away, and Big Sky Resort is an hour`s drive from the condo.
Bozeman is known as âthe most livable placeâ for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Donât miss out on Bozemanâs city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries.
Getting around
There is free parking onsite and on the street.
Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty. The immediate area is very bikeable and walkable.
We understand plans can change, so hereâs a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
