Rock the Goat - Intercoastal Island Retreat.

**Boat Access Only** Come make some beautiful memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Completely renovated in 2022, and ready for guests to come and enjoy island life on the intracoastal waterway of Goat Island/Isle of Palms. It is situated in the seasonal no wake zone, and a bit off the beaten path, still only minutes away from the Isle of Palms Marina. Bring your boat, rent a boat, or book a captain to taxi you to and from the island. You will not be able to access by motor vehicle.
The space
Elevated cottage with a large screened in front porch set up for outdoor dining and lounging. The interior of the home is light, bright, airy, and spacious with 10' ceilings. There is a designated dining space that can comfortably sit 8-10 people that is open to a well furnished living room area perfect for relaxing. The well appointed kitchen has nice appliances, cabinet space galore, bar seating, and plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite coastal meals. Off the kitchen, there is a grilling deck and stairs that lead to the outdoor fire pit and seating area. Also on the first floor, there is a full hall bathroom, bedroom with a king sized bed, and laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The larger upstairs room is painted a beautiful blue-green that matches the intracoastal water view that it overlooks. It has two queen beds and a full size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.

When requesting a stay, please provide number of guests and ages.
If you would like to bring your pet, please give a description and tell us about your furry friend!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home & surrounding yard, the dock, floater, & pavilion. (Jet dock is currently damaged. Use at your own risk)
Other things to note
Please bring your own drinking water, ice, bug spray, and firewood if you plan to use the fire pit. Also be sure to turn off propane if you use gas grill.
