Welcome to Myrtle Beach! This home has everything needed to have a fabulous vacation. This house is located within the Myrtlewood Golf Community. Within walking distance of the Myrtlewood golf course, just a mile from the ocean, and it also puts guests within close proximity to all of the hottest attractions. During your stay you will have CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, SAFETY, and you will be CENTRALLY LOCATED near everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

CLEANLINESS: Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using environmentally friendly, EPA approved disinfectants properly rated for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO before each stay in order to ensure your trip is as clean as possible. We also provide fresh linen during your stay, Hypoallergenic Pillow Covers, Hypoallergenic Mattress Zip Liners. We also have an In-wall TAEXX Bug Control System and have deep cleanings to the property throughout the year.

COMFORT: Enjoy home-cooked meals from the comfort of the unit’s fully-equipped kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee bar and other cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. You’ll also have access to an in-unit laundry room with a washer & dryer, extra pillows and blankets, complimentary WiFi, Central Gas Heat with Two Zone Climate Control, Central Air Condition with Two Zone Climate Control, cable televisions, Nest Thermostats, Phone Charging Station available, Nest Hub available for your use, laminate flooring throughout, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room area, a premium shower head in each bathroom and games for game night.

Awesome beach house!!!!

Great place and centrally located

We went to Myrtle beach for a softball tournament for my daughter and found this home located between all the fields we would be playing at. The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed in a home away from home.

Quick week getaway

Great home with all the accommodations a family would need for a quick getaway. The check in process was simple and the property owners were great with their response time. Plenty of room for my family of 6 that stayed. Would definitely rent and stay there again. Especially liked that they had a mini pack n play and a high chair for my 2.5 year old in the closet.

Relaxing stay near golf community

Our family enjoyed the comfortable and clean home. The house is adjacent to a golf course and a short drive to the beach. Management was responsive and always happy to answer questions. The thermostat control was not user friendly but the owner was quick to remedy any issues. I would recommend this home for a vacation.

Nice updated rental, good central location

Nicely updated, great location for our purpose. Loved they had crib and highchair available. Very easy check in process, kitchen had everything you could need. Garage very small, wish it had outdoor deck or patio with chairs to sit outside. Beds hard (for my liking).

Great Place - Stay Here not Hotels in Mrytle !

We very much enjoyed the house. It's a great house and arranged very nicely for adults and or children. The only thing I would point out is that there really is no parking if you cant fit your car into the garage. We had a Camry that fit in the garage very tightly but are SVU we had to park on the street but the street is almost one lane. I will stay here again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while at our son’s travel ball tournament. The location was quite close to the complex and had everything we needed to do within a reasonable distance. Would definitely stay here again!

House sleeps up to 6 guests.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath, open living space with fully equipped updated kitchen. The home includes a washer and dryer. Sheets and linen provided. Free Wifi and cable TV available on Roku televisions, some family games, a baby high chair and pack-n-play (if needed), The home also has a nest hub that can be used for music, browsing internet, etc. and a multi-port charger that is available (if needed).

No Pets are allowed. We love pets but want to respect guests with allergies.

Guest will have access to the entire space. The home have a two-garage for parking. There are also parking slabs next to the house or any other house that is first come first serve parking. NO STREET PARKING! NO PARKING ON GRASS or you will be towed immediately. If you choose to park in the driveway, you must have the front and rear tire on the driveway and the other two tires on the street (meaning sideways). The driveway is short therefore you are not allowed
to have your car hanging in the street (per HOA rules).

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow motorcycle or boat trailers.
