The Leonard Luxury Apartments combine modern city living with waterfront views to give you the ultimate upscale, urban, lifestyle. This completely furnished 2 bedroom luxury apartment features modern design with premium finishes and great city views of Downtown Muskegon. With 2 bedrooms (1 King / 1 Queen), 2 baths and 1169 square feet, this apartment is roomier than most two bedrooms. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes 2 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 8 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in each bedroom and living room. Onsite parking is available right behind the building.

Great location

I rented this for my adult (30 yo) children to stay during a family get together. The property was very clean, easy to check in, and the view was great. I would definitely rent again.

Good location

The location was perfect to enjoy downtown Muskegon and bike along the lake. Security and passcode system were very good. The condo was well laid out. Our only complaint is the beds and couch are very uncomfortable. Basic accommodations only. Good for a weekend but not a long stay.

Loved the apartment!

The apartment was very nice! Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. It was clean and quiet too! Close walk to some nice places to eat and a big farmers market. Will definitely look at booking there again!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Entire apartment was well kept, beautiful and spacious. Not a single thing was missing! Great location ... walk to bars/restaurants, park, farmer's market. Simple checkout requests. Overall a perfect stay! Would definitely return. Thank you for a great weekend!!!

Beautiful Condo Downtown

This is a beautifully done condo in downtown Muskegon. Pet friendly, no carpet and all modernly updated! It’s located near nice shops, restaurants and bars! We would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic Place

This home was everything as described. What a wonderful place to stay. You can enjoy a morning coffee or a beautiful sunset from the roof. A short stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars. We met some of the nicest people. The communication with the reservation and check-in was the best. This home was spotless and very comfortable. We all give it 5 stars. If you are staying in Muskegon, this is the place you want to stay.

We were in town for business and this was a great apartment for our stay. Lots of restaurant options to walk to. Great view. Very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Great location! Great space! Only challenge was unloading luggage-property could benefit from a cart due to proximity of parking to entrance and elevator. We enjoyed our stay-the views of the city were amazing-really fun!

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment.

The apartment was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to several things we wanted to do. My son loved the USS Silverside and we LOVED the Beach!!!! Beautiful. It was also close enough to Holland that we were able to go there and see the sights. We went to the Dutch Village and it was awesome. We hope to go back to the same apartment again as soon as possible. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful downtown place

A very nice space, located right downtown. Easy walk to restaurants, and the rooftop does not disappoint. We stayed to help my daughter move in her apartment for school. Worked perfect for us. We will be back! Thank you Nicole!

Comfortable Digs

We came into town for a graduation party. Had minor issue with check in because the check in info was in junk mail. Contact off of VRBO app only took a couple of minutes. Location is great, as there are plenty of places for entertainment, dining, and sports venue. Never touched thermostat until we checked, but settings had to be set up per check out instructions.

Wonderful

The apartment is great. We enjoyed the outside rooftop deck that is attached to the apartment. The City of Muskegon is very welcoming, we walked everywhere. The location is perfect, safe and the parking is right out behind the building! Nicole was equally as wonderful, easy, direct communication. Thank you for your help. We highly recommend and will be back.

Miss Michigan Trip

It was a wonderful place to stay. It was close to the theater and a lot more. The only thing I would suggest would be to change the picture above one of the sofas. My children slept there and had to look at artwork that showed a woman putting up her middle finger and touching her tongue. It's very difficult to explain to kids that is was art and sometimes it can be inappropriate. Other than that, it was just like the pictures and we would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous, clean, new, comfortable, stylish

Great new property in Muskegon. Loved the rooftop lounge area, complete with grill and comfy lounge seating, overlooking the waterway and great for a sunset cocktail. The rooms were just as shown in the listing, with contemporary and comfortable furnishings (mattresses were very comfy) and the overall building was extremely quiet and relaxing. Parking was plentiful and close by. Also a great location if you are interested in a stroll through the social district with a variety of bars, ice cream shops, bakeries etc... all within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in that was looking to spend some time in the area. I'm sure I'll be back.

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking the Water

We pulled up to our building and noticed the location was perfect for our vacation! It was central to the farmer’s market, kettle shops and tons of eateries! We got into the building and checked in with ease. Walking into our apartment, our eyes lit up. It was absolutely stunning and the view was incredible. Nicole was so helpful and made sure our stay was amazing. We travel all the time to Muskegon for family and never find anything close enough that is up to our standards. This absolutely was. The linens and bed were comfy and cozy, the furniture was modern yet elegant and there was enough room to allow all of us to have our own space. This was nothing short of an amazing stay at a beautiful location. We loved it so much I inquired about becoming a permanent resident. You will not wanna miss this gem!!!
