2. Are Linens and Towels(Including Pool Towels) Provided? Yes, we do provide all linens and towels for guest use.
3. What Type of Coffee Maker is Provided? We have both drip and Keurig coffee machines.
4. Is Wifi Provided? Yes, wifi is provided free of charge.
5. Do You Have a Pool Safety Fence and Pool Alarm? Yes, we do have a pool safety fence and we also have a pool alarm on our exterior sliding doors leading to the pool area.
6. What Cleaning and Paper Products are Provided? We supply only an initial starter supply of products including toilet paper, paper towel roll, garbage bag for each bin and a small amount of laundry and dish detergent. Grocery Delivery is allowed and a great way to order extra supplies without the hassle of going into the store.
7. What time is Check In/Check Out? Check In Time is 4pm and Check Out is 10am.
House Rules:
\- We ask that each visitor be orderly and avoid any behavior that may cause damage to our home
\- We ask that each guest follow our very simple checkout procedure when departing our home.
\- Minimum age of primary renter 25 years or older and no third party bookings.
- A guest list including everyone's name staying in our home is required and must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to check in or the reservation will be subject to cancellation and no refunds will be given. Drivers must also be designated in the guest list before check in so they can be registered with our security gate. Visiting day guest name's must also be submitted prior to check in and requires pre approval.
\- Guests are not allowed to set the AC below 70. We have a wifi controlled AC unit that is set and locked to not go below 70 degrees to save our AC unit from freezing.
\- Limit of 3 cars allowed per reservation, per resort hoa rules. We have one designated parking spot in front of our home. The other parking spots are on first come first serve basis.
\- NO Pets (including visiting pets) are allowed. The owners and some guests have allergies and the home must remain pet free.
\- NO Smoking.
\- Each guest driver must have a valid drivers license to present at the guard gate for entry.
\- Quiet hours within our resort are 10 pm - 8 am. If a noise complaint is filed during your stay a $100 fee will be assessed to you on each occurrence.
\- An exterior security camera is placed on the front of our home and on the back of our pool enclosure on the pool equipment that is not to be tampered with.
\- Our pool is professionally serviced/cleaned weekly. Guests must depart the pool while the service is performed.
\- Property includes a pool, spa, and deck area. Guests should be fully aware that the pool, spa, and deck area can be dangerous and accepts and assumes all risks.
\- No glassware permitted on pool deck.
\- BBQ grills are not allowed within the pool area screen enclosure.
\- If a guests brings their own grill to our property it must be taken away, off our property before check out. If a guest leaves a grill behind after check out a $50 grill disposal fee will be charged.
\- Guests should be aware Florida is a humid, tropical climate and occasionally pests may enter our home. We do have our home pest controlled on a regular basis. It is pest control not pest elimination. Please do not be alarmed and let us know right away if you see a pest indoors. It will be dealt with efficiently by our pest control service.
