Smokey Voir Accueil - Bear Paw sur le lac Hiwassee - Million $ Voir

Notre maison de montagne exécutif de style dispose de quatre chambres, avec lits queen, et trois salles de bains, chacune avec double lavabo et des combinaisons de baignoire / douche. Les vues sur le lac et les montagnes de la chambre principale et les deux ponts sont vraiment incroyable, l'un des meilleurs que Bear Paw offre.

Le niveau de l'étage principal a de solides planchers bois franc de chêne, et la flambée rainure et languette pin plafonds. Ce niveau dispose d'une grande salle ouverte, une salle à manger, une cheminée à gaz de roche empilées, un téléviseur à écran plat LCD 32 pouces avec un son surround, un combo magnétoscope / DVD, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs de surface solide et évier, soulevé chêne panneau armoires de cuisine, deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. Cet étage conduit à deux ponts, l'un recouvert d'une balançoire de cèdre de 6 pieds et un ouvert. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes de ces deux ponts est fantastique !!

Le niveau supérieur a une suite parentale avec parquet en chêne massif, un téléviseur, un lecteur DVD et un coin salon séparé qui surplombe la grande salle ci-dessous et la vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes à travers le mur de fenêtres. Cette chambre principale dispose également d'une salle de bain complète.

Le niveau inférieur a une chambre à coucher, un salon avec une télévision, un lecteur DVD, une salle de bain complète, une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge, et une plate-forme, avec un swing de 5 pieds. Il offre une vue sur le lac et les montagnes.

Notre maison est située à Bear Paw, qui est le seul développement sur le magnifique lac Hiwassee dans les montagnes du sud-ouest de la Caroline du Nord. Lac Hiwassee est seulement cinq à dix minutes à pied de notre maison. Lac Hiwassee est un lac long de la montagne de 18 mile qui offre casual pêche, canotage et la natation. Il y a aussi une piscine commune (ouverte du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail, un port de plaisance qui loue des bateaux, un court de tennis, un terrain de basket, une aire de jeux d'un enfant, et l'étang de pêche d'un enfant. Une porte d'entrée sécurisée ajoute au sentiment de paix et de sérénité qui imprègne Bear Paw.

This was, by far, my favorite rental to date! The view is absolutely breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice. The house had every little thing you could need to truly feel like you were home. The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions.
The view was spectacular from any level.

This place is amazing! The views are out of this world and the house is so spacious. We had no problems and when I asked any question it was answered right away. I was very impressed with this house and the price was extremely affordable.

If you’re looking for a house in Bear Paw with a flat, easy driveway and no stairs to get inside, this is the one! We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless, with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fridge was the perfect size for all our groceries for the week, and we had plenty of space to spread out across all three floors—it never felt cramped, even with the whole family.My personal favorite part was enjoying coffee on the porch each morning, watching the birds and taking in the peaceful view of the lake. We’ll absolutely be back!

Amazing Fall Getaway

You just can't beat the view of this place! It's one of the most amazing I've ever seen. My wife and friends had an amazing time here. This may become a seasonal trip for us!

We came for the views!

We came here for the views and to spend Thanksgiving together! This place is beautiful!!! Everybody had enough room to spread out and come together to play games and to put puzzles together! We don’t usually rent the same place again but we would definitely stay here again!!

This is definitely a slice of heaven!!! The view is so breathtaking. It was hard to go out to do thing because we really just wanted to stay and hang out at the house. We sat outside every morning with our coffee. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Home and Beautiful Views

Our family really enjoyed the home, Lake Hiwassee, and the Bear Paw pool! The home was very clean and well furnished, with breath-taking views from the deck. We rented a pontoon boat at the local Marina and our children had a great time fishing and floating on the tube behind the boat. We found trails to hike and even found a beautiful waterfall only about a 30-minute drive from Bear Paw. We also had a very nice meal at Rib Country in Murphy. We plan to stay here again!

Wonderful VIEWS!

We loved the chalet so much we didn't even want to leave to go out on the town. Weather was great and we spend most of our time on the huge deck taking in the clean air and the fantastic views. The chalet was clean and comfy along with space for large families to spread out with 3 levels. It does have steep stairs going to lower level but does have a door to keep your littles safe. Would love to return soon! Joey

We do provide childproof door knobs and a gate, along with a handrail and a well-lit staircase to protect our guests. I haven’t had any problems navigating the about-a-dozen steps to the lower level. Peaceful and Relaxinb

This was probably my favorite family vacation spot. Very remote (no cell reception away from the house and a half hour to closest store) and super relaxing. While it’s a neighborhood, and there are other houses on the cup de sac, once you’re in the house or on the decks, you’d swear you were all alone in the woods. The view is beautiful. We loved watching the birds at the feeders. The house was large and comfortable with WiFi and satellite tv. I can’t recommend enough and hope to come back next year.

Best stay in Bear Paw

Very clean and comfortable. All the conveniences of home. Fast WI-FI. Comfortable beds with split zone AC for the loft master. We both had cell service with Verizon and ATT. Beautiful lake and mountains views. Birds squirrels and chipmunks will clean you out of bird seeds. Great communication with the owner. Spent June ‘23 and will return for September. Thanks for everything!

We are residents of Tallahassee, Florida, and are retired high-school teachers. 2024 marked our 55 wedding anniversary! We have two children who also live in Tallahassee and four grandchildren, two of whom live close to us. We are both graduates of Florida State University and follow the Seminoles. We enjoy visiting our rentals in
Nashville, TN, and in Bear Paw near Murphy, NC, but we also enjoy sharing the fun with you. We have many repeat renters who have become friends to us. We keep our rentals clean, well-furnished and updated for your enjoyment. Please read our outstanding reviews. They are very important to us!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had vacationed in Bear Paw several times and enjoyed the area a great deal. It is in a gated community near Murphy, and has beautiful views. We liked the fact that there is an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis court and basketball courts to provide entertainment. We love to walk inside Bear Paw and take the boat out on the pristine lake. Our children, who are grown now but were young at the time we built our first house in Bear Paw, absolutely loved to come here, and still do. . Since the area has rentals and permanent homes, we did not feel like we were tourists; we felt at home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We like swimming and fishing on the lake as well as boating. The swimming pool and playground are nice for the little ones. It is such a peaceful place. If you want activities, there are plenty around, but if you want peace and quiet, Bear Paw is hard to beat.
