Our state-of-the-art AquaThruster motor removes and prevents seaweed buildup and defends against floating Duckweed, keeping the lake clean with its Wi-Fi programmable overnight coverage. Internet, but it's a great place to disconnect from your daily hustle and reconnect with loved ones in this lakeside haven. Relish in the peace and solitude of this special part of the lake, soak up the sounds of the lapping waves and sploosh of jumping fish, chill by the fire, and your spend evenings getting lost in the magnitude of the Milky Way.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Quiet and private location on the east side of Canandaigua Lake with magnificent sunsets and panoramic views. Three levels: (1) patio level with Blackstone griddle, dining for 6, lake toys, and access to wood-burning firepit ready for marshmallow roasting with firewood provided and outdoor shower; (2) screened-in deck with dining for 14 people, gas firepit, sectional seating, ceiling fan/chandelier, and minifridge; then follow the beautiful spiral staircase to the (3) upper deck featuring dining for 6, large gas firepit seating area, heater for cooler nights and lounge chairs. There are two stand-up paddle boards, a one-person kayak, a tandem inflatable kayak, a three-person canoe, and a 4-person floating raft for you to enjoy, but note these may be used at your own risk. Life jackets of various sizes are provided.
We're at the quiet end of the lake, so you won't get run over by a jet ski when you're paddle boarding, haha! Depending on time of year and water level, it can be shallow with lily pads/lotus flowers and sometimes seaweed. This summer has been a drought, so fishing off the dock is ideal but swimming is not the best. However, you can take the paddle boards out farther and have lots of fun swimming.
INDOOR LIVING: Two living rooms, 5 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 3 full decorator's bathrooms. 1st FLOOR: Living room open to dining/kitchen and deck with a large Smart TV (includes streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV,
HBOMax, ESPN, etc. that you can log into with your credentials), games, and books for rainy days; dining table as well as kitchen island with seating for 4, full bathroom with modern matte black shower doors,

KITCHEN: White & bright high-end kitchen open to indoor/screened outdoor dining & living areas - with a seamless flow for entertaining. Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances including induction stove (cool to the touch - safe for children, uses special cookware), dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, Vitamix blender, water cooler with hot/cold water and built-in Keurig coffee maker, Crock-Pot, cooking basics, dishware/flatware
- 2nd FLOOR: Enormous 14-foot high cathedral ceilings and large windows to show off the spectacular water views! GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/ towels, keyless entry, central heating & air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, cleaning essentials including Dyson stick vacuum in pantry.
We're on a septic tank system so we hope you'll help Us conserve water. There are signs around the house with our suggestions, thank you.

FIRE PITS

Turn On
1. Access gas tank.
2. Slowly turn valve on gas tank to On position.
3. Push control knob in and turn to ignition setting (this starts flow of gas).
4. Press and hold ignition button. You will hear a clicking sound. The flame should light.
5. Release ignition button.
6. Turn control knob to set flame to desired setting.


Turn Off
1. Turn control knob all the way off. Might need to push control know in to get it to turn all the way off.
2. After fire pit has cooled, access gas tank.
3. Turn valve on gas tank to Off position.



GRIDDLE AND GRILL

Turn On
* WARNING: Open lid during ignition.
* WARNING: Do not lean over open grill while igniting or cooking.
* WARNING: Each burner must be ignited individually by pushing the electronic ignition button.
* WARNING: If ignition does not occur within four (4) seconds of attempting to light the first burner, turn the burner control knob to the OFF position. Wait five (5) minutes to allow accumulated gas to dissipate, and then repeat the lighting procedure.

1. Open the grill lid.
2. Access gas tank.
3. Slowly turn valve on gas tank to On position.
4. Start with burner farthest to the left. Push control knob in and turn to ignition setting (this starts flow of gas).
5. Press and hold ignition button. You will hear a clicking sound. The flame should light. Confirm by looking through the cooking grates and through the half-circle cutout in the FLAVORIZER bar.
6. Release ignition button.
7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each additional burner.
8. Turn control knobs to set flame to desired setting.


Turn Off
1. Turn control knob all the way off. Might need to push control know in to get it to turn all the way off.
2. After grill has cooled, access gas tank.
3. Turn valve on gas tank to Off position.
